This is much better made than I even anticipated from some of the reviews. It's very solid and looks terrific. Easy to change the total weight. It's true the frame that it sits in is pretty flimsy and will surely not stand up to dropping the weight on it, but my focus is on the weight set itself and it's a great overall value.

I have never seen such a clever design for a dumbbell I guess system is what you would call it? This is sooo convenient! It is basically 5 to 6 dumbbells in 1 (And I say 5 to 6 because the bar itself is somewhat heavy which could be used as a starting point for some people) but it takes the space of just one! Depending of the exercise you can chose the amount of weight you want and if you need more or less just place the dumbbell into its "dock" and either add or remove weight!

Easy to use, but not very safe. Weights sometimes slip off (see photo). Also, after a few months of use (about 3 times a week), the adjusting mechanism got stuck and no longer works. At that point, the return window had closed.

Extremely disappointed. Used for just over a month and now it is all lopsided. I can’t adjust the weights and the handle part of the dumbbell won’t even fit/align right with the weight rack anymore. I bought two of these and both of them broke! Definitely do not fall into this trap. It’ll work great while the return period is open then break! See how the metal part now blocks the weight capture mechanism. It happened to both dumbbells the same way and now nothing will align

I bought this as a gift for my mom. Money is a bit tight to afford a gym membership and we don’t have enough space to store a rack of dumbbells. Instead of buying a gym membership ($50-$75/month), I got her these. It will be nice for her to do her workouts again. Especially at home when it is easier to find the time (no driving, parking, and worrying about getting home to our family). It is a lot heavier than I expected. I don’t think she will use the highest two settings. With the money we save on the gym membership, I hope she will buy a 2nd dumbbell in a couple of months to have a set. I tried it and it is easy to adjust - move the dial to the setting you want. It does not take up much room and can be hidden behind the chair so it doesn’t make the house too messy.I hope she will be happy with it.

Easily adjustable, just pull the tab on the handle area and choose the amount of weight you want. It's set in kilos from what I can tell but overall it's very easy to use and has a great base for all the pieces. Everything comes set up straight out of the box even though there comes a sheet with instructions.

These are my fourth adjustable dumbbells I have owned, and these are by far the best. They are comfortable to use because the handle is well cushioned and wide enough for a man's hands. My wife likes the feel too, so these are perfect for everyone. The weight adjustment is simple, effective and fast. So my wife and I can share these as changing the weights is so trivial.I have no complaints but note that with every lift of the dumbbell, you hear a clicking sound as the weight shifts. This is true for all the adjustable dumbbells I have used and it no longer bothers me. But it may bother some, and if so, you should not buy any of these adjustable dumbbells except for the ones you remove the end cap and add or remove the weights. Those do not make noise at all. But you are giving up the convenience and speed of changing the weights quickly.This is the best buy I have made on Amazon in two years. I could not be happier.

This set fits neatly into a cupboard. Total weight is fine for average person who just wants to maintain muscle tone at home. Selector mechanism works fine so the various weight loadings can be chosen quickly. Only thing - you obviously need two units if you are going to work out simultaneously on both arms, or for squats, but - at this price - that's fine by me.

Die Idee auf diese Art die Hanteln raus zu nehmen ist praktisch und platzsparend+ Umsetzung mit 4 Gewichten+ leicht zu verstellen+ guter griff- Hantel macht bei jedem Move ein kurzes Klickgeräusch, da sie ja nicht fixiert sind.. schätze mal das geht nicht anders, und man kann sich daran gewöhnen- Ablage und Seitendeckel der Hanteln und Versteller nur aus Kunststoff- Langlebigkeit: in Zeiten von Klimawandel würde ich mir eher was robusteres wünschen, das Jahrzehnte lang hält. Wie es scheint, ist daran aber leider keine Firma mehr interessiert

Schon vor längerer Zeit habe ich mit diesem verstellbaren Hantelsystem geliebäugelt.Zum Geburtstag habe ich mir dieses Geschenk selbst gemacht, da ich das System einfach super finde. Es ist schön platzsparend und die Gewichte sind schnell verändert. 12.5kg sind für mich vollkommen ausreichend.Hier wird lediglich eine Hantel angeboten. Bislang komme ich damit gut zurecht, aber vielleicht kommt in der Zukunft noch eine weitere Hantel dazu.Was mir aufgefallen ist:- Gewicht der Hantel zwischen 2.5kg und 12.5kg- folgendes Gewicht kann eingestellt werden: 2.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg und 12.5kg- Gewicht kann innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden verändert werden- die Plastikschale dient zur Aufbewahrung zwischen den Sätzen, bei der Änderung des Gewichts und wenn man nicht trainiert- Hantel ist griffig- Training kann damit sehr effizient gestaltet werden- Preis zwar nicht ganz günstig, lohnt sich aber (und war bei diesem System noch die günstigste Variante)Schon bevor die Hantel ankam, habe ich mich riesig über den Kauf gefreut - immerhin habe ich schon länger danach geschaut.Die Hantel kam gut verpackt an und man muss an diesem System nichts montieren. Es ist direkt einsatzbereit. Somit habe ich es direkt ins Wohnzimmer gebracht und mich fürs Training bereit gemacht. Je nach Übung habe ich das Gewicht gewählt und anschließend die Übung in verschiedenen Sätzen ausgeführt.Wenn ich mal eine Übung gemacht habe, die zwei Hanteln benötigt hat, dann habe ich mir eine „konventionelle“ Hantel bereits vorher bereit gelegt und dann diese zusammen mit der neuen Hantel verwendet.Ich hoffe, ich kann diese Hantel sehr lange benutzen. Das System sieht ausgereift aus, sodass dem nichts entgegenstehen sollte. Die Gewichte sind sauber verarbeitet und daher das Wechseln der Gewichte auch problemlos möglich. Ich wüsste aktuell auch nichts, was an diesem System kaputt gehen könnte.Daher bin ich froh, dass ich mir dieses Hantelsystem endlich gekauft habe und es nun nutzen kann.Es erspart mir sehr viel Platz mit verschiedenen Gewichten und der Wechsel der Gewichte ist einfach & schnell. Das Wechseln macht Spaß im Vergleich zu konventionellen Hanteln, an welchem man die Gewichte festschraubt und was deutlich länger dauert.
