As a do it yourselfer, I am finding projects around home and work that require "soecial" tools. I had to change out a headlight bulb in my car recently and needed torx/star bits to remove a bunch of body panels to access the failed bulb.I came across these here on Amazon and after looking locally for a similar set, found this one to be less expensive.Well, I clicked the place order button and the kit showed up. Nice packing job and the blow moulded case was good and sturdy. Kinda surprised so far. I was expecting the cheap, flimsy plastic, but this is pretty heavy duty. Happily, the same was true for the tools inside! Very stout chrome vanadium 3/8 drive socket hexes and nicely machined on the business end.This kit is more than adequate. I'd say it's up there with some of the big names in tools at a fraction (in some cases) of the cost.If you are looking for a good set of star bits that won't empty your wallet. This is it!

These were very impressive for the price. They feel very well made and the ones I have used worked exactly as they should have without any signs of wear. They come oiled and with a foam insert so they don't rattle on the case. The case is good quality too. Overall they have a good variety, fit perfect and were exactly what I needed.

Great lil kit at a good price a lil on the cheap side for the metals used.(cheap chinese metal they bought scrap from us and melted down into tools but thats what all the big american companies are doing to there just chargin the same high prices. Now if you are a mechanic in a shop or a hard core weekend mech id say buy something from snap on or chratsman with the good warrantys but if you like me a full time 7 day aweek food delivery driver putting 20000-30000 miles on your car and used cars this kit is for you. you might break some of em over the years workin on old rusty junk but maybe not and the price is right cuz guys like us cant afford snap on espically when they will break to sometimes. but overall a good kit great price and cheaper than harbor frieght now that everybody shops there now so there prices aint that great anymore.

Shockingly a high quality set of sockets. If you own a BMW motorcycle, having this set is a lifesaver if you need to work on your bike. I have yet to find a case where this kit did not have the socket I needed. I also really like the case too. Keeps things organized and feels rugged and durable.
