CMIMicrobial Rennet Coagulant Cuajo Caglio Presüre Lab add 3ml for 10 L of milk

I bought this in Dec 2023 and I've been making cheese almost every week and I still have it to make more. Will be buying a new one soon. Its got a long date to be used and it does its work perfectly! Love it!

I don't know what to say about this product, but really the dose instructed is definitely not working and I used 3 times more and still not clean cut cheese; It is more more like a kefir not cheese no matter how much you add. I am not sure even if it is safe to add more. Can the seller please be honest and do quality check for your product before you put on sale? We work hard to earn the money and we would like to get what we pay for.

I'm so happy with the item because it worked very well and I recommend it....but I used 3ml to 5l of milk.

And it's better value being double strength. Remember to use half of whatever the recipe specifies.

a little advice for those who want to buy this wonder. it works as the seller says only that the recommended dose is wrong. 3 ml per 10 liters of milk? nooooo no no, try 10 litre of this " " and 3 ml of milk if you want to be sure of the result. you know,all the shepherds are selling sheeps and say they are rams,but it is something common nowadays😊

Worked like a charm. A good curd set and the included syringe made life much easier.
