This product states it comes with a UK plug when comes with a USB cable. The pump is over powered for its design causing the flow to come above the top part and spill down the back rather than just make the water level to rise to pour out the spout.The pipe to connect the pump to the top part is to long and nearly impossible to connect and have the pump secured to the base of the tank like my other fountains.I Have had to make adjustments to prevent the water pouting on the floor while allowing the top to not sit to high and wobble.Is far louder than I would have expected for a fountain that states its quiet.But it kind of does work now but would not say its worth the money it cost especially when the customs sticker states its £12Have had to request a refund as I could not get it to work without spraying the floor.I contacted the seller who dealt with my refund request in a most professional manner. 5 stars for the seller

You know, as cat fountains go...I like it. It’s not plastic and ugly, it’s actually really nice. My car hasn’t taken to it just yet but it always takes time to adjust. It took a mega long time to arrive, but I knew that would be the case from the offset. I don’t know if they sell the filters separately, and if so, if but then in advance before the ran out otherwise I’d probably be waiting a while. In the end, for the price, and the noise level, and the general cat fountain vibe...I recommend.

My cats just love it! 1.3 litres. Should be a bit bigger, but it is OK.

Tranquil water fountain is a feng shui winner

Unfortunately my cat won’t use it, he won’t even try to drink from it even with a lot of encouragement. It was easy to put together(although the instructions were all in Chinese) for me it was a waste of money, but other cats may love it.

We love it. I read the reviews and while it needs to be cleaned at least a couple of times per week, it's an easy job. Keep it filled with water and the sound is soothing, not loud. Our kitties took to it right away, which saves us from running the tub water they begged for (and my husband often forgot to shut off). Thank you!
