I've had this silky, comfortable, gown for a few months now. I had expected it to have some flaws or to be of poor craftsmanship since the price was fairly cheap. To my surprise it was quite the opposite. It reminds me of the gowns I wore as a young child but has a grown up touch to it. My fiancé loves the way it looks on me. The color is as I had hoped and so far it has held up to the normal wash and dry without any damage. This is my new favorite night gown that I can wear not only in my room but on the couch with my kids on movie night. It covers well and is not see through. Love love it!!! I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

Very pretty but also translucent and leaves nothing to the imagination. Fabric is silky but is easily damaged from normal wear and laundering leaving long runs like those you get in pantyhose. Next time I'll just buy the Vanity Fair version which still looks and feels great after 10+ years

I ordered more of these after receiving my first one, and then ordered two for my mother. They are so comfortable, and yet very elegant and feminine. Usually these two traits aren't found together in nightwear, but that's not the case with these gowns. They look and feel like silk and are decorated with pretty peek-a-boo lace that isn't scratchy or stiff. They are very shear, so the black one and the other darker colors are not see-through but are sexy. My only negative comment is they don't come in a small size, and that would fit better on me. But the medium works and I'm glad I bought them.

In the picture, the nightgown looks a lot more solid and a lot more satin-y like silk. In reality, it looks nothing like it. The texture is very rib-y meaning it's very soft going vertically, but not as much, going horizontally. The material looks cheap as well, certainly not elegant. As another reviewer put it. It does look exactly like the material used for kids night gowns which in my mind is not a very good thing.Size wise it drapes on me rather like an elephant. I mean it fits shoulder and top half well but it flares out from the breasts like a bell which isn't very flattering.I guess I'm being very nit picky, but overall was just ever so slightly disappointed in it. What I can vouch for though, is that to its credit, it's quite comfortable to sleep in. I guess you buy what you pay for. Sigh.

I do like this night gown...but I gave it 4 stars because its very see thru I was looking for something that I could wear in front of my kids but this isnt it =( I also could have went a size down Im a size 14 in womens and I purchased the XL.. other than that the gown is very pretty! =)

Great value. This gown has no flaws that I have noticed although I have not slept in it yet. I can say that A) It is not scratchy at all anywhere but the tag is. The tag is sewn on with plastic thread and will need to be removed if you have sensitive skin. This process leaves very small holes where the thread was but these will soften with washing and did not run or damage the gown. B) The colors are true to photo and the fabric is silky and has a sheen to it. C) It is sheer but not like a racy transparent peignoir. It is decent to wear. D) The sizing runs a bit large but not overly so. I am a large and I ordered a medium and it fits fine. A OK gown by me!

Fabric is thin, lightweight and sheer. Quality is poor, must be "second" as the seams have several skips where stitching failed to connect front and back which was not immediately noticeable. After two washings the stitching gaps are now holes on side seams. Paper tag seen on back neck line is scratchy , next time I'll seek tagless items.

First I like the design and fabric is thin and airy which is what I was needing going through “the change”... but the thin is very thin like see through thin ...Also what was pictured was more of a pink mauve color and not princess pink .... I hate princess pink but because I really need this cool and thin gown I’ll be keeping it . The fit is on the larger side but not in an excessive way ... I find it comfy . Wash it first or it will be itchy and doesn’t smell good when it comes.

Very pleased with the product, very well made and comfortable. I did use size guide but would suggest choosing smaller size than this advises. Having said that good value and would buy again.

Wider and shorter than expected and completely see through as its really thin material, its also really cheap nylon, wouldnt expect it to survive a wash & badly made, if I saw it in a shop for a fiver I still wouldn't buy it cos its vile, I was gonna order 5 of these but im so glad I ordered one as a tester, wouldnt recommend.

I love to wear it in bed as an alternative to pyjamas. It is cool and bcomfortable

arrived on time. very pleased with it. it is slightly big, but that is ok as bought fpr hols and will be ideal for hot weather. material is light too...ideal for hols

Thin material

A really quality product. However the item came up a little large for my mum so I had to return this. But the quality was really good and the material was really generous.

it fits ok but a different red to what i orderd when it came it was a bright red i like the one shown better.it washes lovely .and is nice to wear

Colour of nightdress came out on sheets

The red isn't as depicted as in the picture..it's more a dark orange. Slightly bigger than expected but it does look nice.

Bit thin and transparent..they look a bit more substantial in photo. Ok for summer
