Great flexible little scraper
Use this in my KitchenAid. Works like a charm. Goes into dishwasher and has held up great over the years. Still as flexible as on the first day.

I really liked this for my somewhat wet bread dough
I really liked this for my somewhat wet bread dough, on my dough mat---I also like that I will be able to cut my dough with it if need be. Yes it is rigid with a bit of flex. A good amount of flex the long way a lot less the short way. It is shaped just like the pic. and is beveled on the rounded edge. It is 5 1/4 x 3 9/16 inches and just a bit under 1/8 inch thick. I haven't tried it for a bowl scraper I have a real nice silicone one for that. Yes I think you could bend it in half or maybe it would snap BUT I think you would have to work at it and I don't see any reason to push it that far. For normal use I feel it is going to hold up well. It is proving to be a good tool, to use for my bread and it was just what I was looking for!

Perfect stiffness
This is the perfect dough scraper. This is the only one I've found that has the proper stiffness to flexibility ratio. It glides over counter tops to scrape up your dough without leaving pieces behind and bends to get into your bowl and scrap out every last bit. Stay away from those silicon ones, they are just garbage.

Good quality bowl scraper
I like the size of this scraper. It is not quite as flexible as I like but it does a good job. It is actually rigid enough to use as a dough cutter as well.

Love these bowl scrapers
I make baked items from scratch, including sourdough bread. And a bowl scraper is highly effective for gathering the stuck on the side flour and bread dough! These were ordered to replace my old version that was loosing its sharper edges. This order is highly recommended, the plastic is flexible enough, the edges are rigid and sharp. I recently made biscuits and this bowl scraper was used to great success! I am delighted with this product

Compré un par de estos para mi esposa y dice estar muy satisfecha con ellos. Dice que no solo le sirve para colectar todo la mezcla que se queda en el tazón sino que tmb les encotró un uso para desprender la masa de la superficie de trabajo cuando hace ojaldre o cosas por estilo.

I could say I'm a slightly lazy person so I do most of my shopping online. When I thought of getting a bowl scraper I was afraid I wont be able to get the exact quality that I want, thinking I'm gonna buy them without even holding and feeling the product on my hand. So I spent countless nights browsing through different websites hoping I would choose the right one. When I saw this one, I had that feeling that it would be "the one", I just ordered and when it came, I cant contain my happiness as it was very good. Just like what others wrote about it, its not too soft but flexible enough to take the stickiest wet dough ever from the bowl, but stiff enough to handle and cut the dough while and after kneading.
