how long does it last after opening?

I bought a 64oz jug on 08 January 2022 and decant it as needed into a smaller 'shaker' bottle. It is down to the last 10oz or so and there has been no degradation in aroma, flavor, color, or consistency. A new jug that arrived 18 January 2023 that I just opened to test has no differences I can perceive from the older jug contents.

Ponzu has citrus ingredient in it- is it safe to be stored in a plastic container?

I have had this product in its original container since my purchase..I have found no indication that being stored in plastic has made a difference in the product itself or taste…you would need to check with manufacturer as to the effect plastic on the product if you need further scientific information…hope this helps..this product comes with lemon flavor as well as the lime..I have used both in the past…

Is this a good addition to poke bowls?

I haven’t tried poke bowls, but I can’t imagine Ponzu Lime being anything but a great flavor addition to any fish or Asian dish. I’m a gigantic fan and panic when I’m down to half a 64 oz jug.
