Delicious and tart.
Deliciously tart cherry syrup. Moderately thick, but pours easily. Great on ice cream or yogurt or in cherry recipes. All sorts of potential health benefits according to the cherry people, anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory.

So very cherry
This concentrate is by far the best quality for the cost available. I use a drop of it to flavor my water, and my husband loves it with Tito's! So good! So cherry :)

Great stuff for hard seltzer
This stuff has been a huge hit for the hard seltzer I make. I make it with a corn vodka, water, and keg it. You will never go back to the canned fake cherry seltzers. This is the 5th order I have had if that tells you.

THIS REALLY WORKS! It even stopped my Migraine
This really works. The most easily observed effect is in regards to pain. This has helped to relieve pain in my hip due to arthritis as well as muscle pain elsewhere as effectively as ibuprofen. My daughter used it when she was having intense menstrual cramps and they were alleviated within a matter of minutes, even better than with pain relievers. And then on top of this are all the other health benefits. I find using sparkling mineral water adds some pleasant variation compared to just plain water, and makes a very pleasant drink.UPDATE 3/20/17: It's been a while since I've had a migraine, and I have visual auras before the actual migraine sets in. In the past I have found that if I can take a dose of Ibuprofen before the visual aura disappears, I can stave off the worst of the migraine. Haven't had one in a while, but this morning I noticed the visual aura, so I thought 'here is where the tire meets the road' and decided to try the tart cherry juice concentrate instead of using Ibuprofen. I took 2 doses (1 oz in water ea), one at the beginning of the visual aura and one just before it disappeared. This is working better than Ibuprofen! I feel a little bit of pressure in my head and neck, but I don't have any light/sound sensitivity or feelings of being ill, no nausea, no fatigue, no loss of concentration, etc. This isn't slowing me down at all, which would have happened to some degree even with the Ibuprofen by now.

Great flavor and “ body”
This is the best cherry juice concentrate I’ve tried. I won’t buy other brands as long as Cherry Bay is available. The flavor and “thickness” surpasses other brands.

Delicious Concentrate
I was lured by the antioxidant and athletic recovery benefits claimed by using tart cherry juice, but wanted to review the taste. This tastes exactly like cherry pie filling If you like cherry pie, you will like this product. This is pure concentrated cherry juice. An 8oz serving tastes like cherry pie water, and as it dilutes, it loses its sharpness and tastes similar in tartness to a cranberry juice cocktail. The studies showing health benefits talked of 2+ glasses of juice per day, and one serving of concentrate is only 1 ounce, so with 2oz of concentrate you can fulfill a 2 glass per day recommendation. It tasted natural and dissolves completely in water. Syrupy consistency, thicker than pancake syrup and when refrigerated about as thick as Hershey's Syrup but thinner than Karo or molasses. Undiluted, it went really well over vanilla ice cream, about 1/2 oz of concentrate was plenty for a bowl. I didn't notice any negatives other than being expensive and also loaded with sugar, but those are things you know before you buy. No miraculous healing properties either, but I can say that I haven't had significant soreness from workouts since adding a 16oz water/2oz juice as my workout drink. It's easy to prepare, easy to drink, and it certainly tastes good enough that I'll give it the time to work.
