ANGELUS 2-HARD PLASTIC ADHESION PROMOTER - 29,5 ML

I've bought various leather paint brands over the years, but I always find that Angelus is by far the best quality. They may cost slightly more than others, but you want your hard work to last and look fantastic, so it's a no-brainer purchase. This was my first purchase of the 2 Hard product and it worked perfectly. I bought a new pair of black patent leather boots, but the sole sidewall had the ugliest colour. The side wall is made from rubber and I didn't want the leather paint to peel or flake off. I gave the rubber sidewall a very light and quick sand with fine sandpaper, followed by wiping the area with isopropyl alcohol to remove anything left that may inhibit the application of my products. I did however use a clean damp cloth as a final prep. Once dried I applied two layers of this 2 Hard primer. You can use it alone as a primer as I did or you can mix into your leather paint. Given tit was a rubber surface I applied it neatly. You do not need much, a little goes a long way; I used a small flat brush and dipped the very end of my brush lightly into the 2 Hard, which covered approximately one third of the sidewall. It’s a watery type consistency that dried clear. There were little bubbles on the application, which disappeared with a second light pass of the brush. I then waited 30 minutes to allow it to air dry before applying a 2nd and final coat. Once that dried (30 minutes), I then applied several coats of my Angelus custom mixed leather paint and completed the project with 2 coats of the matte finisher. I'm delighted with the outcome, and how durable it's been, gripping on to the rubber perfectly. The pot may be tiny, but a little goes such a long way and it will probably last many years.

Praktisch und nicht mehr aus dem Gebrauch wegzudenken. Ich habe hiermit die angelus lederfarben gemischt um damit ein outdoor Sportgerät zu bemalen und zu personalisieren. Selbst air soft Kugeln hält damit die Farbe aus. Einfach sehr gute Haltbarkeit
