Great helmet.
Excellent helmet. Good ventilation and light weight. I've over 40 years of biking experience and worn many helmets. This is a fine choice.

Lightweight and breathable
This helmet is super lightweight and very easy to get the right fit. I can’t attest to how it holds up in a crash (thankfully), the MIPS system gives me piece of mind. Pun intended. The visor that comes with it is a little flimsy, and can easily pop off. That would be my biggest complaint, because overall this helmet is a comfy beast.

Helmet looks good and fits perfectly. I’m 6 foot 1 guy and 210 lbs. I got the large all black.

Good Helmet. Light Weight
Good Helmet! So far I find this helmet to be easy to use and comfortable. The chin straps are a bit shorter that I would like.

Super comfortable
Most comfortable mtb helmet I have owned. Light, breathable and super comfortable. I use it for road and mtb (single trail)

Comes in different shell sizes
Giro is my favorite helmet brand but the lower half of their product range has become "Universal Adult" (one size fits all) which isn't ideal. My 58-cm head size falls near the top of Giro's range for a "Medium" and their medium helmets fit me perfectly. The fit, finish, features, and quality of the Artex MIPS helmet is excellent - it's my new favorite helmet. I like it that I can easily remove the visor for road use when I'm not on a mountain bike. Yes, the straps from the MIPS liner do touch my temples but that's common with MIPS helmets. On a non-MIPS helmet, the straps usually connect to the helmet shell (rather than to the helmet liner) putting them away from your face a little. Do you want ideal helmet retention or ideal comfort?
