Like this set up for watercolour brushes, would work well with acrylic. BUT BUY BENJABELLE mini brush ttree in cosmetics area
Really like this set up for watercolour brushes and would work well with acrylic but not for oils, it is too small for oils. But you need to be careful with watercolour brushes because they are very delicate so do not drag them across the bottom. Also, a nice size for on the desk or even for working outdoors, which I do not do but I know a lot of artists do like to work in nature. Different size holes for different size brushes but make sure not to let them stand up like that for too long as the water will erode the area around the metal where the brushes meet the wood.SIDE NOTE AND A GREAT FIND!!!Benjabelle Mini Brush Tree:I know these are made for make up brushes, but the key word here is" brushes". As Artists we need to keep anddry our brushes tip down, especially watercolour brushes as a size 12 in Pure Kolinsky Sablewill cost you up to $400 retail and around $300 on sale!! When water gets into the brushes' ferrule, it degrades the brush andthe brush also CANNOT be left with the tip down or standing in water. This is the perfect solution. A Must have!!! And it comes in different sizes and colours. I have mine assembled and then I mounted each one on a block of styrofoam to make it even taller. Just cut in a cross and used glue to keep it there. I will decorate the styrofoam to make look better LOL_________________________Same Day a little laterI actually do really like this. As a waterolourist, brushes are everything and cost anywhere from $25 for the really little ones to an average of about $35-$55 for other rounds and over $100 for the larger ones. As we know, NEVER leave it soaking tip down or store tip down, you will ruin this brush made of kolinsky red sable that cost you an arm and a leg. What they do not show you is that you can actually wash and store your brushes tip down, just make sure you get a good grip and if you are careful your mini's will fit in the small holes point down also.Another option is:Buy something not related to painting. I found this item that lets you store your BRUSHES TIP DOWN!!! Where??? In the make up section off course LOLBenjabelle Mini Brush Tree (Black)AND it comes in different sizes, but would recommend this one first as handles are mostly thinner on our paint brushes, might try the original size next but seems that the handles need to be really thick to work and none of my paint brushes have handles that thick.

Great for painters.
This caddy is really good. I use mine to clean my brushes like it was designed for. There was no holes in the bottom, no need to have instructions with it it's pretty self explanatory, water goes in the spot with all the ridges, the holes on one side are for brush you will be using but have not yet( don't put wet brush there ruins the brushes) the clips on the other side hold wet brushes upside down. It cleans the brushes good.I use mine for water colors so have two water wells work great one side to clean brushes and one for clean water to add to dry part of the painting.

This one wins!
I got this, the Lowe Cornell Brush Tub, and the Lowe Cornell Brub Tub 2,which is the square version of the first Tub, holds slightly more water, and has a pressure-fit lid that, when taken off (only), can be pulled apart for extra pallets.I'd rate them in this order:Best: This one.Good: LC Tub 2Just fine: LC Tub (1)As another reviewer commented, it's easier to store squareor rectangular tubs than round. Which really means that rectangular tubs don't leave empty corners of wasted precious storage space. So Tub 1 finishes last. What I like about Greenie here is flat top and fold down handle: you can put stuff on top of it when you store it! You can't do that with Tub 2: the converting lid is not at all flush with the rest of top surface. Greenie over Tub 2, by a whisker. That said, Tub 2 is probably better when both are full of water. It's lid's seal is far stronger that Greenie here. And the handle here is too awkward to use when full of water; if empty and you wanted to palm the handle to grab something else with the same hand, okay, yes, that's a good use. In the end, though, Greenie here holds more water (I think?) has a flat top and uses storage space more efficiently.

Perfect Brush Cleaning Caddy
This is the best brush cleaner that I have ever used. It also cleans the glue out of my brushes! I bought another one just to keep in my stationary tub in the workroom so that it is always handy for cleanups. The section to hold the brushes in water without resting the bristles on the bottom is perfect. A great, durable product for a very reasonable price.

Great cleaning station for all your brushes!
Though I don't use the One Stroke Folk Art Brush Caddy to carry my brushes, it is the perfect cleaning station for all my brushes. The scrubbing ridges in one side, and the drip-dry rack in the other side are perfect to keep all my brushes in tip-top shape.

Love it!
Love it! It works great and is very durable. I was a little surprised after I took the plastic off that it was scratched up and appeared to be used but after a good scrub with dish soap and hot water it's good as new. The scratches remained but is on the side I don't use much so it doesn't bother me. And let's be honest with as much as I will use it after a while the old scratches will be joined by new friends.

Great design for brush washer and holder all in one.
This is honestly the best brush container you can buy and I have had them all. The design is amazing. I got this one for watercolor because the one I have for my oils I love so much. Excellent product!

Awesome brush cleaner.
Love this brush washing tool, I was so sad they quit carrying at our local craft store so I headed to my favorite online retailer and was not disappointed. There are three places for water in this container. The big section has a ribbed washboard excellent for cleaning the paint out of your brush, just remember to use it gently so you don't wreck your brushes, you don't need to scrub hard. Use the second small section after this part to make sure your brush is really clean.I keep one of the small water sections clean for dabbing and liquifying my paints.
