Poor heat transfer
I used them between peltier chips and heat sinks. The cold side did not get cold, and now even touching the chips directly they are barely cool, so I guess the pads didn't transmit the heat well enough (cooling is liquid so heat sinks were not the issue) and my chips just burned up.I should have listened to the review: they are good to test a piece without mess, but they are not a permanent solution.Also they are no more sticky than paste, they are not really gluing anything.

ok to test a cpu but not a perm solution
ok to test a cpu but not a perm solution it wont keep your cpu cool enough. but good enough to test the cpu to see if it works or to do a bios update
