Jan De Vries Confidence Essence 30Ml

I found this product to be very helpful. I have been dealing with a lot of issues in the past few years, and they have taken their toll on my emotional health, and my self confidence as a result. When I stumbled on this essence online I was skeptical, but thought I would give it a try and see it it helped. It did, I'm still in the process of completing the bottle and I have noticed that slowly my nervous habits are diminishing, and the difficult situations I am dealing with aren't impacting me the same, and I think about the toxic individuals less and less. So definitely helpful, I would say that it helps you get unstuck and help you to not allow toxic situations or people to have an influence on your personal peace of mind.

Sorry to say this did nothing for me, no confidence boost. I believe Bach recommends no more than 7 remedies per combination, maybe that's why. Too diluted?

This is a great essence for anyone suffering social anxiety. If you struggle to speak in public because of anxiety, shyness or fear, this essence can help.

Cant say as I have really felt any difference

Mixed with a little water,took daily along with Mood essence and Concentration essence, helped me daily and with driving lessons and I passed my driving test 😀😀👌 always read the labels for ingredients, allergies and dosage etc 😊😊❤
