Supported front and back
Already had one of these and wanted a second one. Love the design, simple and easy to use. Gives me the assurance of stability. Over--worked back through the years and wanted to be safe. I wear this over, under shirts for insurance. Feels comfortable wearing it. Breathable material. Stretches well. Lower back pain, and hernia prevention- just never know.

The device did help me work through back pain issues. Only complaint is that it has a tendency to roll up/down on the top and bottom edges.

This item can be used with confidence to support your back. However, as a pain reliever? This will depend on your individual condition. Of course comfort is much better compared to others I tried. But still, this can never be 100% since you’r still wearing extra under your uppers. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Its just OK and on top of it , just went down in price 59% .
My fault.....I should have gone with more lower back support. I still have an ache that this product doesn't help.
