The media could not be loaded.  Purchased August 12, 2019. Fully leaking out of the hose October 26, 2019. Poor quality & do not recommend buying. It's a bummer that this will end up in land fill.We have one other expandable hose by GreenTEC USA, purchased March 21, 2018, & it is still functioning as it should.

I live in a super dry area with new sod, so I use this guy AT LEAST twice a day.Pros:- It's super light weight.- It's easy to store. I just drop it in a flower pot on my porch and I don't have to worry about wrapping it up.- It doesn't kink or knot like regular hoses.- It stands up to weather very well. When I accidentally left it outside for a couple weeks while on vacation, I came back and it still looked new. Held up to the sun and rain great!- It looks so much better and is much more compact than your typical hose.Cons:- The retraction can be a little annoying. I hook this up to different staked sprinklers in the yard and the one that's furthest away is JUST long enough to reach. I've noticed it pulling the stake out of the ground when it retracts, so if i don't disconnect the hose immediately it becomes a hassle.- I've noticed the water pressure isn't consistent when I hook it up to my sprinkler. To get the distance for the sprinkler that I need, I have to turn off the hose valve to the sprinkler and let the hose fully fill up, then turn the valve back on to get the high pressure for a couple rotations before it starts to retract again.Overall, I'll continue to use it because I prefer the ease of use and look of it more than our old green hoses, I just wish the retraction didn't start while the hose was running.

I purchased a 50' GrowGreen hose to find it was not long enough. I didn't want to spend the extra money, so I purchased this RoyalHouse brand instead. The outside fabric catches on the ground (rocks, bark) and snags the material. So, it isn't holding up as well. The 'shower' setting on the nozzle is not gentle enough and I had to steal my husband's nozzle to replace it (he hasn't said anything yet). When it breaks, I plan to buy the GrowGreen 75' to replace it.

The black spray nozzle worked properly ONCE after hooking up and mounting the hose and nozzle.The second time i used it water came out of every direction and soaked me, the area i was standing, and some other stuff. After several attempts to remedy the problem, i opted to completely take it off and just used the hose.

In reality, it is about 50ft or less. Once you charge it, it is long, and when you open the nozzle ..... it really shrinks and gets pretty short. Also some parts after initial use, don't shrink back. It is a nice concept, but execution..... ooooo well........ it sucks.

The water hose is great, I didn't use it much but on the fourth time using my hose with the nozzle, water started spewing out of my nozzle from numerous areas on the nozzle. I'm very bothered by that.

The hose is surprisingly durable for being a collapsible type hose. The brass fittings are heavy and appear well made. The sprayer is just a cheap, multifunction sprayer. It makes for a nice temporary sprayer but is definitely not the reason I purchased the hose.

Great quality and love the shut off valves. Not a cheap hose or sprayer. We measured 45 feet to my vegetable garden so was going to order a 50 ft hose. Price was good on the 75 ft so ordered this instead. Unfortunately it barely reaches my garden. Definitely wouldn’t reach a 75 ft distance. Order up when ordering length.
