What is the nutrition of this item? I.e. carbs, fat, etc.

While we in the UK really adore this product I have never really looked at the nutrition etc., I am sure the box will reflect all the details you request.

Can this be had with cold milk? I soak it in cold milk for 20 mins or so before consuming. It's ok to have it like that right?

To be honest that is not how it is normally eaten. I put the Ready Brek into a bowl add milk and 'zap' in microwave for 1 minute. Add sugar to taste. Can not imagine it with cold milk although if you like it that way so be it!

Why does this product have $2.89 on the box and I paid over $13.....???? I wont be buying it this is extortion!

I dont see anywhere on the box that it says $2.89. If it does have a price anywhere it will be in British pounds and not dollars This cereal has to be imported.

is there skimmed milk in the product already?

I do not think so. I mix with milk until it is a thin batter then microwave for 1 minute add sugar or honey whatever you fancy and enjoy. Water can also be used instead of milk. However, ingredients on packet do not reflect skimmed milk.
