The BEST exercise foam pads for home use!
These pads are even more versatile than stated in the description: placing them short end to short end creates a pad wide and long enough to do tandem (one foot in front of the other) balance exercises! And, when placed side by side making the pad pictured in the promo info, many other balance exercises can be done with the same kind of experience as my therapist has me do during therapy sessions as an outpatient. These pads will also work great for doing regular home exercises (classical stretch essentrics/yoga/pilates) when a "block" is needed for proper positioning for floor exercises. So much better than a pillow! Although I have only used them for 3 days, their design quality and firmness of foam is very comparable to what i use at physical therapy sessions. Original instructions state "best to use bare feet" and that is what I do. Not sure how well they would hold up with the added friction of tennis shoes and socks only would likely interfere with stability when standing on them. The supplier provided very speedy delivery, packing was good and easy to open. I highly recommend this item for a higher quality balance exercise experience!

Love the brand and the product!
I bought one set and was so happy with them that I bought a second set. I didn’t buy them so I could velcro them together. I liked that they were the right size for my feet and I could adjust the distance I wanted to set them for so I would be comfortable. I’m not restricted by one size so I can freely move as narrow or wide as I want. It’s a well made product that feels just firm enough to still tease your balance and soft enough to feel comfortable. The pads stay in place no issues slipping.

Pads are nice quality...just one problem.
We are using these pads in my son's wheelchair to give him a little extra height, as well as some padding while he is in the wheelchair full-time.However, just tonight (been using them daily like this for about a month) my son showed me that the velcro came unstuck from one cushion (i.e., the two pieces are now on the other cushion). Not a deal breaker for what we are using it for, but just a heads up, in case that would be an issue for others.

Good balance pads
These are exactly what I was looking for and work great, except for one thing. The very first time I tried to pull the two apart, the velcro pulled away from one of the pads. It’s not the end of the world, but I definitely can’t put them together and take them apart like you are supposed to be able to do.

Useful and attractive platforms but Hook & Loop attachment not durable
Like the colors and sizes available.Didn’t like that the “hook and loop” (velcro like) attachment on the product (that attaches the two platform products) peeled off ripping the foam platform the first time I separated them. 😡

Function
These balancing pads work just like the ones that I use during my physical therapy sessions. Until I received these I could not completely replicate my exercises at home.

Velcro Strips Fall Off
I purchased these foam pads because of the small size of each half. I also use larger Aerex foam pads, but for some applications the Aerex are too wide. This one is basically chopped in half with a velcro strip down the middle, so you can separate or combine it based on your need. The blue foam itself is comfortably soft, and has an appealing grid design. Unfortunately, the velcro is stronger than the glue that holds it to the foam. They arrived stuck together, and when I first tried to pull them apart, the velcro strips almost completely ripped away. I have to use fingertips to gently separate the velcro sides, in order to not have them fall off. I really only wanted two separate halves anyway, so I'll probably just tear the velcro off and throw it away. Just letting you know, if you were hoping to have a long-lasting attachment, you'll probably have to buy super-glue and adhere these things yourself.

Helps with big toe flexing exercise after bunion surgery.
Really like this/these pads. Wish I would have bought the solid one. I thought I could use the two on top of one another to sit on the floor but just didn’t work out that way, my butts to big. Ha! I had bunion surgery and doing the big toe flexing exercise is really easy with this pad. I use it behind my chair for balance. I also put a tennis ball on it and roll my foot on the ball. OMG feels so go. This helps with the arthritis in my ankle. Really worth it.
