Not leather, but resilient and the fleece side is very soft. Easier to clean because it is not leather. I recommend and would buy this product again, especially since it is reasonably priced.

Such great quality! Price contained by using nylon webbing where they used to use leather. But not one drop in security and usability! High quality elastic and buckles too!
