Defective parts and Replacements are dirty
I ordered this a couple weeks ago, got it out of the box and the wire was defective. I called for a replacement and received it today. Box looks good, took the item out and it is visibly used, dirty (as in sewer dirty) and just not worth the time to even attempt to get an other replacement.The price was too good to be true. I figured I would have had this replaced with a new item not a dirty used one.Will be returning both items.
