Hi all,I had piles stage 3. Due to which I was planning to go for surgery. Then I made up my mind to for surgery as the last option.Then I investigated the reason for piles and what can be done. Below is the approach i have used .1) Eating soaked dried Figs overnight and drinking the water with the fig for natural repair of veins in my body.2) Daily morning going for a 1/2 hour and stopped usage of bike for near by grocery purchases , in this I was not sitting at one place all the time.3) Made sure in my dinner , i will have liquid / fibre food.4) Last but not the least , I used to have the PT2 tablet every night.I have even suggested my father who is also facing the same issue.
