The sound quality is surprisingly good. By far the best I've heard from one of these sub $20 micro ear pieces. This purely personal taste, but I also found it to be the most comfortable. My ear never got bothered or sore and it never felt like I was going to have it fall out. This is where the positives come to an end. The battery life is nearly non-existent. I never expect too much from something this size, but other models have given me three hours of listening (podcasts) without issue. This unit can't seem to pull off two hours. The other issue that is surprisingly frustrating is that the microUSB port has to be the most difficult I've ever come across in any device. On day one I ripped off the protective cover, but even still, it is always a struggle to plug this in.

I work in the Deli department of Publix, and around closing time I like to listen to music without being obvious. This little Bluetooth does just that for me. I can work, listen to music and still help customers.My only dislike is it's blocking of sound; putting the device in one ear takes away some of my hearing from the other. I have to set the volume low enough to hear a customer's request or an associate speak to me. When it's closing time that isn't a problem anymore. So overall it's good for the price and it's simplicity.

Love the design of the earpiece & the look. Quickly connected to my iphone & hasn't dropped a call, ever. My only complaint is that the volume level is low & can be difficult to hear when driving. That aside though, it's a good product for such a cheap price.

Item came quickly & my husband couldn't wait to use it. He said it was easy to set up & sound is good (he's a little hard of hearing)so w/him saying he could hear just fine made me happy😆😄

These were delivered amazingly quickly, but that's about where my satisfaction ends. The chief complaint is the battery life, which I have found to be less than three hours playback from a full charge. Not good enough, when other similar models I've used have enjoyed 8-10 hours. Built-in USB is fiddly and difficult to access without some sort of improvised tool - and the sound quality, even on voice, leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointing.

Falls out of my ear all the time. Almost got lost several times. Better to find one with a hook to go around your ear.

works okay in low noise environment. not good in a vehicle with background noise. Make sure you buy one with noise cancellation

I charged it but it would not pair with my new iphone 6s Plus. I'll just give it away to someone else.
