Comes with everything you need to install. The fin is not completely flat and has a slight curve meant to adhere to most cars' curvature. I was able to complete the installation by using some black sealant to fill some of the gaps.Good signal otherwise and looks sleak.

I bought this for my Prius V. Reception seems to be O.K., but the mounting of the shark fin antenna was a little tricky because I have a flat car roof and this item has a slight bow in the middle. I added a second stripe of 3M tape in the middle of the shark fin in order to have more contact with the car roof. How long will it stay on? . . . only time will tell.

Before ordering I measured an unhealthy amount of times to see if it would fit. It kind of did. There was a lil lip on the base that I wasn't accounting on being there and with the raised "internal components" of my car (satellite antenna and processor) it barely fit with the lip being there. While I did get it to "fit" the tightness of the seal wasn't that great. It goes from 100% to 75% space within a centimeter and then from 75% to 50% with another centimeter. If you car has a thick wide area that you're trying to cover that scales upwards, it likely wont fit.

In the production description it says, "[Universal] Fit for most cars having a slightly curved or flat roof surface to install the shark fin antenna." Unfortunately, it doesn't fit my Scion xA--the antenna has a slight bow to its base so it won't press flat against the flat roof of Scions. Oh well, it was worth a shot.

We love the versatility of this antennae fin. We’ll mount them on our sport bikes. It looks a little like the telemetry fins on the MotoGP bikes. The price is right & the quality of the paint & the construction of the part is top notch. Thanks guys, we’ll take 3.
