Makes Hot Flashes more bearable!
Update: 1/14/17 I'm in my 4-5 bottles (lost track) This supplement has not completely diminished my hot flashes (there are days where I have no hot flashes at all & somedays I get it 1-2x a day) but it helps making it bearable. I will never be without this supplement. So happy I found this here in Amazon.I just started getting hot flashes, (which feels like an internal furnace) but no night sweats yet. And I'm on the 2nd day taking this supplement. So far it has reduced the occurrence of my hot flashes from the very first day I took this pill. I am also sleeping all night no hot flash sleep interruptions. It hasn't completely diminished my hot flashed but it's not happening as much & the hot feeling isn't as bad as before I took the pills. I am now not dreading getting older (the BIG change of life phase) lol. I'm so happy I found this pills here on Amazon, I will be coming back for more that's for sure! Easy to swallow & no after taste. Now I wish it also helps me to lose my menopausal weight gain.

Works awesome for me!
I am just starting the wonderful world of pre-menopause and was looking for a natural way to get rid of my horrible hot flashes and night sweats. I didn't want to have to resort to hormone therapy, so when I saw these pills reviewed I was very hopeful. I have been taking them just 4 weeks and I love the results so far. My hot flashes have been reduces to only a couple a day and the severity has greatly diminished. I am hope that by 6 weeks (when the pills are in full effect) I may be completely free of them. I do think they have helped my moods and overall feeling of well being. On a side note, I am losing inches on my stomach and arms. I was not expecting this, but what a wonderful surprise!! Everyone is different and what works for one person may not work at all for another. I have not had any negative side effects at all. I didn't start to see any difference to my hot flashes until the 3rd week of taking the pills. I will keep going on them and update my review in the future.

GREAT HERBAL REMEDY FOR HOT FLASHES
I originally bought MenoSupp from the website and I have been using it for half a year now. My experience with hot flashes and night sweats were severe and somewhat horrifying. I wasn't able to sleep during the night due to constant sweats and chills and for obvious reasons didn't want to try hormones. I tried black cohosh and it did give me some relief but I still had the occasional daily episodes of hot flashes even though I took two a day. After taking this product not only my hot flashes and night sweats were GREATLY DIMINISHED, but it has had a enormous effect on my mood swings . You have to give this product 3 weeks to a month in order to see the full benefits but once you see the results, you would NOT want to go off of it and another upside is that the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this product to all who are suffering from menopause symptoms.

Headaches
I had been using Profemin, but after several months had not seen any major benefits, so I decided to try Menosupp. I carefully read the reviews and it looked like quite a few people had good experiences with the product. I did not. Almost immediately after beginning to use it, I started experiencing headaches (I am used to migraine headaches), but these were different, the headaches lasted all day and all night (waking me up frequently) and also making me nauseous. These headaches would soon manifest into full blown migraines, requiring me to take an Imitrex injection. In all my 40 years of getting migraines, the average length was no more than 2-3 days. However, while on this product I had a migraine 6 days in a row (and 6 Imitrex injections in those 6 days). I took the Menosupp product for about 10 days before I figured out what the problem was. As soon as I quit taking the product, the headaches went away. So my suggestion is this - if you are prone to headaches (especially migraines) - DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT. However, if headaches aren't common for you, I would give it a try since numerous people seemed to have good experiences with it (based on the reviews).

Take with caution or not at all!
Do not take this before reading the side effects of Glycyrhizzia Glabra - Licorice Root Extract Powder. I started taking this product for my hot flashes as I read that it can help with this. I did some quick searches and everything seemed fine. After six weeks I had no reduction in hot flashes and in fact started feeling not so well. So I googled side effects from Glycyrhizzia Glabra and found the following: "Licorice with glycyrrhizin may cause serious side effects. Too much glycyrrhizin causes a condition called pseudoaldosteronism, which can cause a person to become overly sensitive to a hormone in the adrenal cortex. This condition can lead to headaches, fatigue, high blood pressure, and even heart attacks. It may also cause water retention, which can lead to leg swelling and other problems. Although the dangerous effects mostly happen with high doses of licorice or glycyrrhizin, smaller amounts of licorice may cause side effects. Some people have muscle pain or numbness in the arms and legs. To be safe, ask your health care provider to monitor your use of licorice." I was having several of these symptoms so needless to say I do not recommend this product!!

Life Saver!
I had been experiencing hot flashes and night sweats which had completely taken control of my social and professional life because of the sudden profuse sweating and burning red flush on my face every 2-3 hours. I was miserable. I had tried other non-hormone products like Remifemin which worked for several months and then seemed to lose its effectiveness. I started taking Menosupp a couple months ago and it started diminishing the hot flash intensity within the first 3-4 days and then it fully controlled my hot flashes and night sweats within a couple weeks. I'm still free of hot flashes and night sweats and love the difference Menosupp has made in my life. I pray that Menosuppo continues to work effectively.

im not sure if these worked but i bought them as a recommendation from my health professionali hesitate to really take supplements unless advised from a health dri really dont see any change but ill have to wait for t blood work to really knowwill update once i get my results in
