Works very well.
Bought this for a larger kitchen install with handles all in varying orientations. Was skeptical so tested on a door that wasn't in good shape - worked fantastically. Once you get your measurements dialled in (screw hole centers, height from side/top of unit) it's literally a case of finding the measurement from the reference edge, lining up with the black rule bar's center and drilling.I will say that it's best clamped in place. Not with G-clamps, but a quick clamp so you don't damage it. Also the bit provided isn't great and is a tad small. Use a high quality wood bit, 5.5mm fits perfectly and doesn't have any play in the guide holes.Drill through from the front, or clamp some wood on the front if drilling from the back to prevent tear-out.

Very good
Used this as in the past had to make my own jig. I've only used this once and it worked perfectly fine as you can see in the picture. If there are issues in the future i will change this review, but for now i'm happy with my purchase.
