What's the difference between the "ebony" and "piano black" colors? Hard to tell from the pics... Front looks glossier, but what about the top/sides??

Ebony has a wood grain. Piano black is a smooth lacquer finish (no visible wood grain, like a black piano).

i have 51m looking to move those to the rear. sideways on a very low shelf?can i put the 600m sidewsy

Hello.... You can set the 600M speakers sideways... the only "watchout" is to leave some space (12" to 18") behind the speakers. The sound port at the back of the speakers needs room to create that Great Klipsch sound... the speaker needs room to breath, so to speak.

I have a big ht room with vaulted ceilings would these work well for heigth\atmos speakers

My understanding is that if they were in the ceiling they would work great. If you plan on putting them on top of speakers not so good. Mine are in a 9 foot high room and they are OK. Good luck
