Not worth the money
This book is very nice physically, it has great pictures but lacks valuable content. There are a few classic recipes like eggs benedict, but the rest of the recipes are not worth it. If you are looking for good techniques, you wont find them in this book.

be aware!
It is also called "Breakfast" from another publisher. Be aware! Not many receips as this is a small book. So if you are thinking to buy the home collection, be aware there are two publishers published the same collcetion.
