I bought these for online work meetings. For that purpose, and for less than $50, they work very well. I bought them to replace a Logitech gaming headset which sounded cheap and produced low volume. These sound clear and there have been no complaints by coworkers on the same meetings regarding the audio from the microphone. My only complaint is that the microphone is not bendable.I used these for 4 days straight for about 8 hours each day and they were adequately comfortable. No hotspots or soreness on my ears.Overall, I am very pleased with this headset.

I've been using this headset for a week now and am quite satisfied.After working from home for a number of months and still no end in sight, I decided to splurge and buy a headset. My company will buy one but they are always check and don't work well.I use it connected to my laptop, but it works on my phone, too. The cord is really long, maybe 6' or more, which I like. I have a small, narrow head so I have to adjust it as small as it gets so there is a slight tendency for the ear pads to shift down by themselves. However, this doesn't happen often. Also, it's quite comfortable. I can wear it for hours and not remember it's there. This may be because my head is small, so the pressure on my ears isn't a much as it would be on someone with a wider head.Sound quality is good; no one reports any echos or anything while I'm using it.Overall, I'm quite please.

I bought these to use when working at home. The sound quality is excellent. I have listened to music on these and the clarity and sound of the treble, mid and bass tones is wonderful to listen to. I have not had any problems with these headphones during conference calls. The inline controls work well to answer/hang up, increase/decrease volume and to mute calls (works in MS Teams). Due to them being on ear they don't block out much ambient sound (my house gets noisy sometimes). They are pretty comfortable for about an hour, then I have to take them off to give my ears a break.

I use these while working from home and the sound quality is exceptional. My boss and I both have them and it sounds like we are sitting in the same room next to each other when we are on a call. We have also heard from others outside our organization that our sound quality is the best they have heard on computer audio calls. The headphones are not anything special in the comfort department, but they do a perfect job with sound quality, which serves their purpose in my opinion. Definitely recommend these headphones if you're working from home or in an open floor plan office.

This headset does not work. I'll be specific on the nature of the problem. I bought the SB 135 headset (which has a mic) to do online teaching due to the coronavirus. I am plugging it into my iMac (a desktop). I started plugging the USB into a USB hub, but then went directly to the rear of the iMac, where there are female USB ports.I have gone to the usual Settings->Sound section and the input and output options for the SB 135 are there. I have the input and output set to the SB 135. Microphone and Ear doesn't function.I have also heard that perhaps one needed to download software. I went to the Sennheiser website. I did a detailed search for Call Center & Office Heads -> Wired Headsets -> SC 135/165 USB. The only things for download are 4 documents. They are:Quick GuideFact SheetSafety GuideEU Declaration of ConformityThere is no software listed under Product downloads.Does anyone one else have this issue? What a bummer.It isn't clear that if I upgrade my OSX that will help. I am running macos High Sierra right now.WIll be glad to give a positive review if I can only make this function.

Too big. Falls off my head. Has no 3.5 mm plug, so cann't connect to cell phone.Returning it for credit. Not Steinhauser quality.

IF NOT FOR THE CORD THAT KEEPS BREAKING AND THE HEADSET ITSELF THAT ALWAYS GETS LOOSE AND HANGS OFF....THIS WOULD BE PERFECT........BUT SINCE you made it with these flaws,you pay the pricequality is excellent people always say they can hear my heartbeat on the other end.thats fine with me
