I bought this light to use it while I change diapers or breastfeed my baby. It is as not as bright as I needed it to be. I cannot clearly see while changing the diaper to make sure I cleaned the baby well or to see if my baby is lashing well in my breast. You can see better if you hold it in your hand (it is the perfect size to fit in your hand ) while using the other To hold the baby which is not very funcional for me.I think this light will be good for my kid’s room. It will provide enough light in the room to give them comfort while they fell asleep.I like that it can be set timer for 1 hr. Also you can choose warm light or a color light from the different options (red, green, blue, etc).

Update: year and a month of nightly use, like all night, I'd rate this guy a 5 still for how much we loved it, but it finally stopped working after about 15 months of use. My very nervous 11 year old is very sad that it stopped lighting up or keeping a charge, but she loved it very much. Easy to use and didn't ever seem to break physically. It's either the light or the battery that is finally giving up.I bought this for my 10 year old who is scared of her dark room. She is able to adjust the brightness on her own for reading and bed. If she remembers to charge it, it holds the charge well, I might just plug it in permanently. The rainbow colors are beautiful. It is very soft. I should've bought one for each kid. I would buy again. This is super neat. Very useful for my kids who dont like the dark, way better than a flashlight or a nightlight wall plug.

If you've ever cruised, you know how dark your cabin can be at night. We keep the curtains drawn so the bright morning sun doesn't wake us (we're retired). But it also means stumbling around in the dark in unfamiliar settings when you need to go to the bathroom. At home we have the LED green plug-ins and tried them on the cruises. While they work great, they were often left behind accidentally. We are getting ready for a 14 day cruise and I was searching for something else to use and found this. After using it at home for several days, I think it's perfect. We choose the brightness, we can forgo the color-changing mode AND it's easily rechargeable. Yippee!! It's a winner for us.

It's dimmable, warm light that's nice for baby and nice for your sleepy eyes at night. Long battery life soce it's LED and super easy to charge using any micro USB cable.

Bought as a nightlight for our toddler. We have one of those star lights but it only stays on for 95 minutes and our little guy was getting up with nightmares at 3 a.m. and screaming in the pitch black room. We also had no outlets in the room to use, so this was a perfect solution. The white light dims down very low, which is great for a nightlight. Our toddler prefers to use it on color mode and he selects his color of choice each night. He tends to settle himself down when his nightlight is in use. Touch controls are easy to get the hang of, our little guy can do all of it! When used for a full night (10-12 hours) we get two nights out of a full charge.I have the plain one in my room that I use for breastfeeding our 2 month old, so I use it maybe an hour or so a night and I've had to recharge it once since we purchased it approximately 1 month ago.

This is a fabulous night light for littles. The color changing is fun, while the silicone {or whatever it is} body is smooth and easy for them to grab. Originally I purchased this for my bedside table for getting up throughout the night with my newborn without waking daddy, but my 5 year old straight up jacked it. It works great for his room. The 1 hr timer is amazing and the instructions are incredibly easy he got it figured out in 5 seconds. Push the top to dim etc. Easy as pie. It was a little smaller than in the pictures so I was taken aback, but it is awesome.
