I prefer herbals, over medications, for times when I have issues with health, sleeping, or healing and have found this is a gem in my herbal medicine chest for rest when I am a little restless and just can’t get to sleep. I take a dropper and before I know it I am waking up and never knew I even got tired enough to go to sleep. It works that good. Thank you.

Will definitely update after I have used for a longer time period but so far this seems to help calm my mind and allow me sleep. I just mix it with some water her peppermint tea before bedtime. The taste isn’t too bad (I wouldn’t recommend it on its own). It doesn’t smell bad, the dropper is easy to use and this product seems great for the price!

If only I would have known about this decades ago. I have anxiety, racing heartbeat, never ending racing thoughts, etc. I actually bought this because it's a recommended antiviral for Epstein Barr which I was ordering a few things for, and I liked that it said it calmed the nervous system. Sounded too good to be true but I ordered, of course. It arrived last night and since then I haven't really been worried about much, in a good way lol. I used a full dropper in a 2 oz glass of OJ. After about 20-30 minutes, I felt my body change and relax. My heart slowed down and my mind was just blank. It gets better- when I went to bed, I woke up and something seemed different- I realized that I had gotten many, many hours of deep sleep. I felt like I was waking up from a black hole or something. Herb Pharm has hands down, the best herbal extracts. I used to take their rhodiola capsules as a tea, and it was fragrant and amazing. This is my first liquid extract from them, and lemon balm is incredible for relief from constant stress. I am honestly thrilled with the effectiveness, now one thing is the flavor is a bit like molasses but, it’s a pleasant and sweet flavor. Mixing it in juice, smoothies, protein shakes and you wouldn’t even taste it. I put it in my protein shake, it was a great mix! This bottle is a good 2fl ounces, so it will last you a good while, and it’s organic and has nothing but natural stuff in it so it’s perfect for those of us wanting only the real deal and nothing we don’t need.
