Once I purchased one Body Solid aluminum bar I just kept replacing all of my home gym bars with aluminum. They’re light and allow a comfortable good grip while being beautiful hanging on my red pegboard.

works well, if I were to make one suggestion to the manufacture, the spot you clip onto is fairly thick making applying a carabeener to it tricky,make that attach point less thick so you attach a sprink hook easier. I would like another 4 inch's wider if it were to come available

This thing is so lightweight, it won't pull a cable down which means you don't need to hold the weight down when you are changing weights. The diameter is way more comfortable than the other skinny ones that hurt your hands. Worth the extra money.

I love cable curls ! Wanted something a little longer than my current curl bar. Bonus that it is also thicker. This is now my favorite bar for cable curls !

I use this on a Free Motion cable machine in my garage gym. Heavy items such as Rogue's lat pulldown bar, make it difficult to change weight as it pulls on the stack and it is hard to get the pin back in. This is so lightweight and easy to use, it's really just perfect for curls and overhead tricep pulls. Really like this piece.
