The one I received was NOT 5 cup
I doubt if it was 5 cups unless you are using tiny cups. My regular cup just about empties the pot.But I only drink a cup a day so it's good enough for me,

Just fine for what it is
It’s just fine. The mechanism to detect the pot is very janky so I need to wait for the entire pot to brew before taking a serving. Unless, of course, you want coffee all over your counter.

It's very practical and functional
It is a perfect and functional small coffee maker, I have it for almost 5 months and is working great, the only thing is it get clogged after a month of use so, when you put the water you will get less coffee.Make sure to clean it more often! After that I love it!!!

Works well
Keeps my tea hot like my full size one did, which is why i got it. My previous one, from a different brand, was smaller but didn't keep my tea hot so i replaced it with this one

Nope.
Poor design. I've had several Black & Decker coffee makers over the years that were fine. This one isn't. The auto pause doesn't work consistently, the basket frequently overflows making a big mess and it is slow.

Surprisingly good flabor
I have been using a hand-held filter and took a chance on this inexpensive coffee pot. Flavor exceeded my expectations. It's a cinch to use and makes a fast cup of coffee.
