They are soft in the mouth and don’t damage teeth.
My dog loves these balls, they float if she drops them in a pond, are brightly coloured so easy to find. We’ve lost a couple or the stitching has split (she carries one on every walk), this is our second pack, wouldn’t be without them.

It works, it floats dog loves it
Really pleased with this purchase, I would not usually pay this much for a toy but this one is worth it. It floats, it's light, it's easy to throw and easy to see and the dog really loves it. It is NOT a "chew toy" it is a floating, retrieveable toy. I throw it, my dog rushes off into the water to fetch it, she know this is a game of fetch as she would do with her ball. As soon as the dog brings it back I ask her to drop it so I can throw it again. She quickly realises that's what's happening so there is no problem getting her to drop it. I would not leave it with her to let her chew it, that is not the point of it, and she would damage it. It will remain wet for a while, so I put it in a spare poo bag for the rest of the walk and then hang it to dry at home - it dries quickly

Brilliant Dog swimming fetch toy
Ho my goodness how I WISH I had purchased this Chuckit before now , our dog Holly & us have lost So many balls has they have floated away down some river !! Holly is a trained gun dog and is good at fetching but when a river is bubbling away she does not always seem to spot it ! This chuckit it just Brilliant, it’s shape it great for her to quickly get her mouth around , the Chuckit floats beautifully , lovely & Bright so she spots it easily , with the cord at the end makes the Chuckit so much easier to Chuck ;-) then a slipper ball , I am a paraplegic and throwing from a wheelchair I can’t always get enough power behind the throw but with the Chuckit I can really send it flying through the air , I highly recommend this Chuckit.

Only lasted one trip to the beach.
It appears that the ball’s durability may not meet expectations. After just one trip to the beach, the ball was punctured, causing it to collapse and become unusable. I typically engage my dog in retrieving the ball from the sea and back, and I never leave him unsupervised with such balls or smaller ones. While Chuckit products are generally of high quality, I had previously had a positive experience with the rugby ball version. However, this particular ball type may not be as durable as expected.I would recommend considering alternatives such as the Chuckit rugby ball or frisbee, the Kong training dummy, or the Starmark ball on a rope for beach or sea activities.

Disappointing, floating chuckit balls.
I am a huge fan of chuckit ball and was attracked to these because they float and want to use them in water. These balls did not have the same structure ( because of the floating) and unfortunately did not survive my cocker spaniel. He broke the outer surface and got to the polystyrene and the core within 10 minutes unsupervised play.If you have a dog that loves to chew his chuckit balls, this is unfortunately one to be avoided

Too light in weight.
Too light in weight to accurately throw it in a chuckit stick. Once thrown any slight breeze will take this ball of course.
