Update 31 January 2025. Working well and accurately but I still have concerns about the supposed warranty. Amazon says lifetime warranty but came with 6 months extendable to 5 years via Facebook/Messenger which I do not use! Web form to Deiss in Cyprus (!) has NOT RECEIVED A REPLY!! A well designed ergonomic meat thermometer with a spare battery included and strong magnet for holding on a fridge. Unlike competitors this has Ingress Protection to IP67 rather than just IP65 of others so should have greater water resistance. There are many cheaper competitors but this does seem better quality. Calibration was easy and logical. I like the fact that the aid memoir temperature suggestions for different meat types is indicated on the front of the device and unlike some others includes fish. The temperature display is static for right handed use whereas some others rotate if used left handed. Another user comments on the difficulty of reading the instruction sheet which has mainly white and some orange writing and graphics on a black background with orange - obviously using corporate colours! Hard to read for those with poor eyesight. A black on white pdf version can be found online however. Amazon advertise this probe as having a lifetime warranty but there is an insert in the box which says six months but with a scannable code to extend to 5 Years - this opens up to facebook/messenger - but not if you do not use these! Web registration would be preferred and I am going to attempt this by a web site form!

I should have bought one of these years ago. It provides a very quick and accurate temperature when cooking foods that you need to know are cooked through to the right temperature. Use it on meat in the BBQ or Air Fryer to make sure it is cooked through and safe to eat. Really easy to use and even comes with an extra battery. It even has a table on the back to show typical safe cooking temperatures. Just make sure you get the end to the middle of the food and in various places to make sure its cooked.

Over the last few weeks I have purchased 2 thermometers the first was to sit on the side of a oven or BBQ and tell the temp, which was great but the plastic melted. The second was a probe but it was hard to read, although accurate it kept on stopping and starting. I purchased this one, and when it came I thought it is not the right one, but thought I would use it all the same. It is fairly simple to use and the numbers are clear. They could be better, as I have seen with other thermometers. However the ease of use the accurate readings has meant (if you cook to temp) this is a good buy. I would recommend and I would say this is really good to use. IT takes some getting use to but we are talking mins, not sec'e. I love it now, and would purchase again.

Does exactly what it says. And it never gets lost in the drawer with it being magnetic it lives on my fridge door

Ottimo il prodotto, ottimo il servizio. Il prodotto è arrivato in ordine, completo di pile premontate ed una pila di scorta, in aggiunta. Pretendere che arrivi anche tarato è obiettivamente troppo, ma la taratura era comunque pressoché giusta ed è stato un gioco perfezionarla.
