Smooth writing flow, bold lines, fun to write with
These have become my go-to pens. They write smoothly and have a lot of ink so you get a lot of use out of them before they go (and you're able to use them right up until the ink runs out, too). No leakage, and always a great value.Side note, if you have different pens for different uses (ex. these for normal writing, the Xtra Smooth 1.0 size for fine/small writing) the pen caps are slightly different so you can tell which is which (these are the darker blue). A little detail I was not expecting but appreciated.

I love fat handwringing
If you work at a place and are in constant contact with water and/or oils and dirt, these are the perfect pens.Normally I love using super fine tip pens but working in the type of place that I work, any slight contact with damp skin…. RUINED PEN. It will start to skip ink and there goes another pen in the trash…I save my fine point pens for home. But for my job, fat tip it is.For reference I work at a factory where I make febreze. I operate/fix machines and perform hourly checks. I handle open bottles with concentrate to perform weight checks and my hands are pretty much always wet, even just a little bit damp and thats always enough to ruin pens. Not to mention when giving maintenance to machinery hands end up oily, also ruins the ink.And don’t let me forget when you accidentally drop your pen on the floor and the pen falls on its tip ruining it!These bad boys can write so bold even after writing on my oily wet hands lol sometimes I write on my arm quick notes so yeah, these pens are great. The only con: they don’t last too long but then again, I use them A LOT for WORK. Not only do I perform multiple hourly checks for weight, crimp, psi and cap torque but I also gotta write a daily passdown and that’s a lot of writing everyday.

The new King of Ball pens.
Move over Paper Mate, Bic Cristal Bold 1.6mm has arrived. I usually stick with Paper Mate pens. They are reliable like your watch (well I hope so). Then Bic comes with a sledgehammer and hits everything on top of the head and takes over the throne. This pen is flawless at a price point that no one can touch. Bic pens usually write like Morse code. Unable to get a straight line, always broken and uneven ink after awhile. But their CRISTAL BOLD 1.6MM is simply a game changer. Exceptional performer and sets a new benchmark to beat. Bic, where have you been? Seriously!!!
