So I have had this for 3 months and overall not particularly happy with it. I bought since I was going away on holiday for 2 months so needed that extra bit of peace of mind whilst I was away. The product does come in a nice package and looks good. It's also great that you get the chime with it too.-Build quality: The build quality is very good to be honest. Feels sturdy and solid.- Setup:Setting up wasn't the easiest nor extremely bad. It is a little bit fiddly. Just make sure you are connecting to a 2.4gz WiFi.- Fixing to wall/door:Not hard at all. Either screw it on or use double sided tape. Has a plate from which you can release it from for charging. Has a security screw too.- Camera quality:The quality of the camera again is not brilliant but not bad either. It's acceptable. Night time view is good too.- Motion detection:It works. But will annoy the hell out of you. You can't customise the distance and so when anyone walks past my house I get a notification. Can't sleep at night because of it.- Battery life:Battery life is not great. The most you will get is probably pushing it to two weeks even with a full charge. However charging time is not bad.Day to day usage:Very poor imho. I understand that there will be a slight delay but in the case of this unit, I would say it takes a little too long. When someone rings the doorbell, I get a notification about 2 secs later but when you try to open the app and launch the camera, I think paint dries quicker than the app opens. I have virgin fibre optic so I know my WiFi isn't the issue. By the time the app opens, and that too doesn't do it successfully on all occasions, the visitor is gone. You can't even use the voice feature to talk to them since the app took so long to open. Also, when someone rings the bell, it not only rings inside the house, but the doorbell itself does too. That is just so annoying. There is no option to turn it off.- The app "Anyhome" is very bad too. Slow, sluggish and hardly informative.Unfortunately I am unable to return this now but if I were you, I would not purchase it and spend a little bit more and get something better. PS: Don't bother with "Ring" ones though, they're just overpriced piece of kit for what they do. Basically, they're the "Apple" in the doorbell industry.

I wish I could write nice review for this door bell. Sadly the app for the door bell letting the Door bell down ..Can't use it at all if you are out of the same wifi . You are at work some one called you through the Door bell and you are getting the notification after 10 min. The person tried and gone. Nice Looking Door bell and Good quality Camara..."BUT" can't able to use it because of the bad software and the app that controlling the Door bell. You will end up using as normal wireless Door bell.

this is just my opinion of the product. When it works its great but i had problems every 2-3 weeks of it losing the wifi connection, so i had to set it up everytime which got to be a pain. Plus you have to subscribe on a monthly basis to get your video clips, mine ran out but the didnt tell me so it was 3 months until i found out.I have since disconnected it and have a cheaper make doorbell.

Installation was easy, downloading app and pairing it was also smooth. However, when someone rings the doorbell it takes like 45 sec for the app to wake up in phone, no matter if the phone is awake or not. We tried with app opened up and same result. So, this ia return and we have to look for something else.

Absolute rubbish . Had the bell three months and it has stopped connecting to my wifi , ringing and no video . Have just found out that it cannot be returned . Very very annoying .

Beware! The bell unit is ok, the app is appaling. One month on and It will not send to my phone, even though the bell works fine. I have uninstalled and re installed it and no luck. To top and it is out of the return date, so I am lumbered with a video door bell that is just an ordinary door bell.

Looks a nice piece of kit but I just couldn't get it to connect to my WiFi. I downloaded the App which is also pretty poor (developer has several doorbell apps all with low ratings) but just couldn't get it connected. I even disabled my 5G WifFi network to force it to 2.4G but still no luck.Just teaches you that to get quality devices (Nest or Ring) you need to pay a little more than this!
