When it comes to the quality of the build the Novoo portable battery does not disappoint. The material is like a metallic feeling hard plastic and from first impressions, I knew it was solid. It is smooth to the touch and does not attract fingerprints unless you’re a greasy slob that doesn’t wash their hands. Holding the battery in hand it does have a little weight to it but I suppose that the price you pay for getting 20,000 milliamp hours. The weight was only a problem when I had to carry the battery and my phone for a long period while waiting in line at Popeyes to get the new Popeyes sandwich that everyone was so crazy about. The overall size of the battery pack is not too bad and I don’t mind it. The size is perfect for storing in my bag with my laptop when I head to college. The battery pack is easy to hold in your hands and perfect for anyone who needs a strong and well-built device for daily use. Just as it is labeled on Amazon, the Novoo portable charger has a list of features that will leave you with a smile. This battery is packing a stunning 20,000 milliamp-hour battery life. That is enough to charge my iPad 3 times and my phone plenty of times over. I’ve been testing the battery life for almost 3 weeks now and I am impressed on how long it takes for the battery to run out of juice. The charge up speed is normal however nothing extraordinary. I charge the battery once every 48 to 60 hours depending on the week. That is not a bad number to work with especially when this charger includes 4 ports. Novoo loaded this portable charger with two USB ports, one USB type c port, and a micro USB port to charge the device. Novoo also included a 2-in-1 cable with USB-C and Micro USB, which I found was a neat and handy Easter egg. I was happy to see Novoo included a type C port because my MacBook depends on USB c for everything from charging to transferring files. This product also includes safety services such as overheating protection, overcharge protection, and short-circuit protection. I am glad that this product included safety features because I’m not the most careful person when it comes to checking up on things. I’d say the Novoo portable charger hits all the right spots when it comes to customer satisfaction. Don’t mind the other products that come in any price range similar to This 20000 mah portable battery by Novoo. I know that’s a bold statement and no I’m not sponsored but, for $25.99 I don’t think you can get a better bargain. This charger is superior when it comes to its value and capabilities. I had done my research before purchasing this item to justify my statement. Comparing Novoo’s 20,000 mah battery to other brands 20,000 mah batteries I just did not find a charger that included as many ports also including USB type c and as many features for the price of 25$. Many products had such features, but they would dwell well in the range of 30-40$. You will have to see for yourself what I’m talking about once you buy this impressive block of tech. Novoo blew me out of the water with this one. I could sense the solid structure and capability first day into use. The build quality, multiple functional ports, safety features, battery life, and an affordable price would make me buy another one of these products any day of the week.

I have a treadmill in my garage along with an iPad attached to it. It is the best way to work out by far. What beats entertainment while burning all those calories? Nothing, except when the iPad dies. It is nowhere near an outlet, so my solution was to take the iPad off every time I finished and charge it for the next day. Well, it is not that simple. The iPad has a decent battery, so it doesn't need charging every day. Also, I tend to forget, not to mention, it is inconvenient. First world problems right? I wanted a battery pack that would hold tons of charge, but I needed it small enough to fit in the cupholder of my treadmill. I bought this battery pack for that purpose. I assumed I would need to charge this every day or every other day. I figured this would be a little more convenient due to its smaller size and I do not have to unmount it like I do the iPad. Well, I was amazed. I charged this the first night I received it, and I brought it out to the garage. I have had it for about two weeks, and I still have yet to run out of juice. My iPad at 100%, and the battery pack seems only to be half consumed.If you are in the market for an inexpensive, lightweight, powerful portable battery pack, look no further. This is a terrific choice!

I bought this item on August 3rd because of an impending hospital stay. I have a few power packs already, but I needed something with more mAh that was going to last longer.From what I've noticed so far is that it definitely has a lot of power. It's charged my phone (Pixel 3XL) and hasn't even shown a single light (out of 4) go down. I haven't used it and completely drained the battery yet (will update if anything bad happens & that's why it's a 4 stars since I need to test it out and use it more before I come to a solid conclusion).When I received the product, it was already charged about 25%.A few "complaints":1. It's quite heavy and bulky. Obviously I understand the reason for it, but by checking the product out, I noticed that there seems to be a lot of "empty space" inside the power pack. Maybe that's intentional, but it's possible that it could have been smaller to have it be less bulky. The weight is obviously, but by itself, in my purse, it's very noticeable.2. I charge my phone with a USB Type C. I notice that when I plug it into the power pack, it somehow pushes out the Type C end that's plugged into the pack. I'm not sure if this is a defect or not, but I'll be charging my phone and not even notice that it hasn't been charging. This happens several times per change and I have not figured out why this happens, nor a solution to fix it other than constantly checking it to make sure it hasn't pushed it out.3. I wish the power pack had a percentage instead of 4 lights. Obviously, it gives a rough estimate on the charge: 100% - 4 lights, 75% - 3 lights, 50% - 2 lights, 25% - 1 light, 0% - 0 lights. I have a different power pack that shows the percentage when used + when charging and it's extremely helpful/useful to have.Other than those "complaints", there's nothing wrong, so far, that I've figured out (I'll update if I find or encounter an issue).It's a great power pack for the price.Images attached. Also, the product did come with quite a bit of scratches and dings (not all of them are from when I received them, but it does get banged up VERY easily inside my purse that has nothing obvious that would do that). I obviously don't mind, but I'd expect to get a product that doesn't have scratches and marks all over it.All-in-all, a great power pack for the price. I definitely would recommend it.
