I knotted this rope with a monkey's paw and another knot and made a toy to throw around with my dog. It has worked great and has stood up to some abuse - when he hides from me and chewed on it for 20 seconds at a time. It would not be good for a chewing toy but works great for fetch.

This is high quality rope. The company sent the exact length I ordered, in the color and thickness I ordered, and the order arrived promptly. I am using the rope to create my own lead ropes for mini horses. Most equine lead ropes on the market today are heavy, thick ropes with heavy, thick hardware on them. They are suitable for full size horses, and cattle. Using them on mini horses isn't really fair, as the lead ropes/hardware combination has a lot of weight that the horse has to continue to lift up to keep his head upright. This is especially true when working with younger minis. I purchased lighter gauge hardware, and am using a smaller diameter Natural Twisted Cotton rope to assemble my own lighter-weight lead lines of varying lengths. The cotton rope is soft, so there is little risk of rope burns if a mini were to spook and pull away. It is pliable, so it is easy to handle while doing ground work exercises with my little equines. The added bonus is that this diameter rope fits better in my medium sized ladies hands. I'm not a large woman, and most lead ropes these days are so thick that I don't find it easy to double up the extra rope in my hands. It takes only a few minutes to assemble a lead rope. Even with buying the components retail, each rope I made was less expensive than buying lead ropes retail, and the weight and size of each of them is much better suited to my purposes. Great quality rope!

I appreciate the soft and sturdy quality of this rope. Used it 2x thus far and no wear on the color as well. Appears to be well dyed vs some of the others that are just coated. I will be buying more for sure! (bought the 1/4in 50ft for context)

The rope itself is great quality, however, I ordered the lime green glitter and they sent me the wrong color. What they sent me isn’t even listed in the photos as an option you can purchase. While it is a pretty neat color, I still need the lime green for my project.

The twisted cotton rope is nothing short of beautiful. After picking it up for the first time, I literally touched it to my cheek in amazement of how soft and supple it felt. It's a delight to work with and very stable. I've made a number of things using this rope. Namely, pet leashes and camera straps. Shipping was fast, accurate and well packaged. Length was accurate per my purchase as well. Simply perfect!! I'm hoping that some of the interesting color combos become available in shorter lengths! Would love to give those a try!Upon reading reviews you will see a reviewer who has supplied a one star review based on "shortage". As a professional myself, I understand the seriousness of a bad review.. Especially an unwarranted one.This customer uploaded an image to prove their case, however, anyone who has ever measured anything can see the fallacy in the customer's method... And with basic estimating/math you can see in the photo that the customer likely received exactly what was ordered. This customer used a 12" ruler to measure the length by creating coils approximately the same length as the 12" ruler, and claimed to be short by 1 coil, a) not accounting for their obvious margin for error and lack of precision, and b) the fact the bends between approximate 12" sections account for several inches.. Please, anyone who is reading disregard this review.
