Goldfull Milk Thistle Oil 17 FL.OZ 500ml , 100% Pure Extra Virgin First Cold Pressed Organic Milk Thistle Seed Oil Vegetable Oil Cooking Oil ,Silybum Marianum Oil

I've been using this Milk Thistle oil in my tea at night for liver support. I put a tea bag in a cup, add a few drops of this Milk Thistle oil and a few drops of honey. I didn't notice any bad smell to it and it just smells like vegetable oil. I can't taste it at all in the tea. There was a small tab to pull that unwinds around the lid to open it and the bottle was tightly sealed. This is a large dark amber bottle and has a plastic insert in the top of the bottle to assist with pouring. I like that it is natural, pure, and non GMO.

This oil should not be sold by Amazon! I’m not convinced it’s even actual Milk Thistle Oil. As someone who for health reasons has consumed Milk Thistle Oil as part of my daily diet for over a decade and have purchased many different brands, including from Amazon, this “Oil” is not right. The color, viscosity and smell and taste are not what others are. But especially worrisome is the rancid smell that you get immediately upon opening the bottle. The taste of it is awful and also rancid and bad. Strangely too, the cap on the bottle may be foil sealed, but it won’t close after you remove the foil and you realize that it also was never properly sealed to begin with. It is from China and honestly, kind of scary to wonder what is actually in this bottle

This oil came in a glass bottle, it did not smell rancid nor did it taste funny. I know when an oil goes rancid and this oil seems to be very fresh. My only complaint is getting the bottle opened. I had to use 2 pairs of vice-grips to get a hold of the upper and lower portion of the cap to break the seal. Otherwise it just kept turning and I couldn't get a grip on it.

Before I opened this bottle, I noticed that the lid didn't form a tight seal. When I opened it, I smelled the unmistakable odor of rancidity. I cautiously tasted a drop of it, and the acrid taste of rancid oil nearly gagged me. According to the "manufactured on" date, I should have had quite a few months left on shelf life of this oil. But no. It arrived already disgustingly and overpoweringly rancid. Steer clear of this product if you don't want rancid oil!

I'd never heard of milk thistle oil before. I did some research and it turns out that it has many health benefits. It supports healthy liver function. It also strengthens hair follicles. You can add it to a DIY scalp oil or add it to deep conditioners. I highly recommend this product.Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. It smelled a bit rancid when I opened it, but not knowing for sure how this oil normally smells, I kept it.... plus the fact that it was from China.... I don't recommend it because I still think it is rancid.

The bottle I received was not good at all. Oddly enough, the foil seal was intact, but the screw top lid could not seal. Upon removing the foil, the screw top lid could be popped off. The oil smelled rancid, like old Canola left in a deep fryer. I would pass on this one. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to trying it.
