I use this as a sugar substitute in all of my baking to lower calories and all of my recipes turn out so good! I do not notice a difference in texture or taste from using normal sugar.

Absolute necessity at our house
One level cup to a gallon of brewed tea - perfectly Southern sweet tea like Mom used to make, without spiking blood sugar. One level cup to a gallon of water plus TWO packages of any flavor Kool Aid. Refreshing for kids of all ages. I know there are people who don't like the idea of artificial sweetener, but my beloved spouse likes Kool Aid, and he likes sweet tea, and he's type 2 diabetic. Less waste, better measuring than packets.
I like the granulated version. Less packaging and more control over how much you use. How ever it doesn't pour out of a sugar dispenser.
