I am writing this at 2:30 am. I am a single female living alone. Tonight someone tried climbing onto my dark patio. Where I live there is no light on my second porch. The complex is pretty safe but tonight these lights saved me. I guess whoever climbed over my railing on to my patio was startled. I was awoken by a loud crash of someone scrambling to get out of the patio. When I opened my eyes I saw the glow of the light through my curtains and realized they were triggered. I’m guessing they didn’t expect a motion sensor light and ran. I’m so glad I decided to buy these lights. I highly recommend them for apartment living where there are dark patios.

These were easy to install and worked as advertised. They do not turn on until you are relatively close to them, which is just what I wanted. The screws enclosed for the installation had small heads and did not appear to be rust resistant, so I used my own brass screws. Also, the units require a pin to turn it on (once only) since it leaves the factory turned off. I could not find the pins in the box so I used a paper clip successfully.

Very impressed with this product, great lighting and easy to install. Tonight they toured on and it was great. I’m in Puerto Rico after Maria Huracane, practically in the dark. It been wonderful to buy a product that ship to PR and work like this... 👏🏼👏🏼

Occasionally you buy a product and then EVERY time you interact with it, you think, "This was such a great purchase!" This is one of those items.After moving into a new house, we realized that there was very poor lighting around 80% of the exterior. I ordered a couple of these to try them out by the front door and around the side of the house by the trash cans. Not having to think about flipping a switch when I'm taking the trash out or when someone is walking up to the front door is just fantastic.I've since ordered four more to place above gates and along the fence in the backyard. I no longer have to wonder where my dog is at night when I let her out and there is a remarkable amount of security one feels when lights come on automatically. I imagine that these would also help to deter someone with unsavory motives when they approach the house from any direction.If you're looking for an inexpensive way to add lighting to your backyard or side of the house, these can't be beat! They are a breeze to install and at $6-8 a piece (depending on how many you order in a box), they're incredibly affordable. I haven't had any issues after a few months of use, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy replacements if I did.

The lights are amazing and super bright but the reason for a star 4 is because the sensor doesn’t detect movement unless you’re 2 feet away which stinks when placing them in my backyard. But I did purchase another set for our side walk because I am pleased with the price and brightness.

They are about the size of a large index card and super light weight. I had them outside for maybe an hour charging the day I got them and as soon as it got to be dusk they all went on. The are VERY bright and turn on by motion so when you walk past them or by them they light up, they dont just stay on 24/7. I have had them out in the rain all night and still working perfectly. They have fallen off the porch and there isn't a scratch on any of the, they are very durable. These 30 LED lights are pretty bright, it lights up my patios and it's very easy to install due to it's light weight, I used hot glue gun to attach the light to the wall instead of drilling a hole on the wall, so far it's holding up pretty good, but i suggest that you make sure the sun is able to shine directly on the solar panel in the day time, otherwise the indirect light might not get enough charge for the night.

Bought a pack of two installed them above both back doors. Used the little pin device to activate both and neither worked. Company replaced both lights immediately which worked excellent. Threw old ones in the trash. New one lasted about seven months and gave up the ghost. Installed the two spares I had and both failed even after getting sun for two days. I won't buy again.
