A brilliant effects pedal
A great to use and sounding effects pedal to use with a bass guitar. Great quality material used but the only thing is you will need to get a separate external power supply but I managed to pick a boss one up from my local Music Store.

Versatile, Stylish Multi-FX - 8/10
This Multi-FX is an extremely sturdy, stylish piece of kit that I fell in love with immediately. I paid roughly £150 for it, but that's a comparatively good price if you were to purchase a compression and distortion pedal separately. The gold finish is stylish and appealing to the eye and fits easily on my Pedal Train Nano, while I've had no issues with adhesion. This is an easy to use and set up item, which sounds good with little tweaking.I would have liked this to include a tuner but then how else would I spend my money if this gave me everything I need at such a good price - 8/10.

Well built, looks great, easy to use but functionally disappointing. No battery compartment.
I wanted a standalone box to give some control over tone and volume along with a compressor and overdrive. This seemed to tick all of the boxes. I was aware that the unit does not come with a power lead but ordered this on the basis that the Amazon technical spec said you could use a 9v battery which was to be my preferred method of supplying power, whilst you could connect this to an external power bank be aware there is no battery compartment. What I liked was that the box is well constructed, looks very nice, I liked the mute function and it's easy to use. The EQ part was okay, if a little sensitive, if you turn the bass knob right down you get no sound which might work for some people but it seemed a bit strange to me. The best tone I could find was with everything a twelve oclock. The volume reduces significantly if you use the XLR out to a PA in fx mode, you can increase the volume on the box all the way around but that loses the flexibility to turn your volume up any further. The distortion was rather extreme, again this might work for some but found that the only acceptable setting for rock songs was with everything turned down to the lowest setting. The compressor did it's job but was noisy.
