Great supplement
I've been using Swanson spirulina for over a year, and really enjoy it. My stomach seems a bit stronger. Worth trying if you want to get your greens, but don't always have time to buy/eat fresh greens.

Didnt sleep for 2 months
I was taking 2 a day for months on end. Noticed I could never go to sleep after about the 2nd month. Stopped taking them and slept like a baby. Not saying the product is bad because that could be what its supposed to do but I would much rather get some good sleep....lol Will have you peeing fishy smells also.

Works and its cheap
I bought this for my wife to take as part of her daily regiment. She had me buy this for here after reading an article on taking spirulina and chlorella for damaged skin. She loved this brand the best I have purchased this for her numerous times. She tried other store brands which she felt did not have the same effects as this for her.
