The most read book on our shelf!
Comical and refreshing!! This book is wonderfully written and beautifully illustrated. Such a fun tale about the beauty of friendship, and how working together beats working alone any day! My little ones and I had a great time guessing what "Pencil" and "Eraser" would create next. It teaches adorable messages about creativity, teamwork, and even how the most unlikely pair can become the best of friends. It's become an instant fave in our house and I can't wait to read it to my 2nd graders this school year! ABSOLUTELY LOVE!

Every elementary school should have this book!
What a fun and simple way to show young children that working together is better than working alone. We each have unique, special gifts and using them together can make it double the fun! WHEN PENCIL MET ERASER is cute, funny, and easy for emerging readers. Thanks to Karen Kilpatrick and Luis O Ramos for this important, fun, picture book! It should be in every elementary school library. Karen Robbins (author)

This is an AMAZING book!
Such a special story that shows the power of imagination and creativity. Purchased this book for a 3-year-olds birthday party. The adorable illustrations made him start drawing! He tries to imitate all the pictures on each page and is actually getting better and better every day. This book has made it to the top of the bookshelf and is requested each night before bed. Never been happier with a purchase, I love promoting healthy activities such as reading and drawing, so this couldn't have been a better fit. Can't wait to see what comes next from Pencil and Eraser!

You’ll never look at pencils the same :)
Totally recommend this one! Illustrations are cute and clever. Teamwork and adventure on every page. I ask my son what he wants to read before bed, and this has been the only choice for the past week. Books like these make my job a little easier.

Ripped Dust Jacket but Cute Story
I give the story 5 stars. I’m bummed that the book I ordered was “new” but it came with a beat up dust jacket. Doubt it was new. Good thing it was on sale.

Excellent book for kids!
Nice book for a gift! The illustrations are so beautiful! My little cousin loved it. She laughed a lot with each drawing. At the end of the story she asked me and then what happened? So I guess we will be waiting for the next story haha!

Laughs for kids AND adults
Some would argue at 31 years old I still read at a Kindergarten level, but I’ll gladly accept the criticism for a book like this. I purchased for a few nephews and now I’m the fun uncle. What a great way to encourage little ones to take up reading and an excellent bonding experience.
