EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED IT TO TASTE LIKE!!
I have tired of the heat from Wasabi and needed a change for my homemade egg rolls. Remember having this at a Chinese restaurant years ago and gave this a try. AWESOME!! Exactly as I remember it to be! This is fabulous! Not as hot as Wasabi, yet full of zesty, flavor with some heat. I love it and will reorder as I need it, as I now no longer am able to dine out, but cook everything myself!

This might be the HOTTEST Hot mustard that I have ever had. Maybe a little too hot for some. It delivers as promised and it tastes quite good, but be careful not to use too much of it if you can't handle the heat. That being said, this is a high quality product that goes well on Fried Rice and egg Rolls, to name a few. Love it.

watch for opened jars
good tasting, could be hotter, one jar was rec'd partially open, enough to get all over.

Bad jar
Jars was sticky. Mustard had leaked out around plastic film and turned black. I trashed it because I'm not going out in desert heat to return something that costs $2.99. Do better Amazon. You had to realize this jar was not up to par.
