Mix it gradually with what they like, a little more, and then a little more
Just enough liver to make their poops nice and stinky 🫢 so they must be healthy poops, right 😅 Mix this with two of the foods, Core, one grain free and her science diet from the vet CD a little more of that than the other two and my 2-18 year olds are like little kids.

Dogs won’t want to eat another food after this one 🤣

Cat attacked the bag!!
My cat tried to gnaw his way into the bag right away!!! It was sitting next to front door after bringing it in after delivery. We then moved it to our laundry room and placed it on top of washer. While we weren’t looking he gnawed a hole in the bag and munched away like it a starving animal!! So, the Core rawRev cat food has our cat Cobee’s stamp of approval!!

MY CATS LOVE THIS STUFF!
There's plenty of the freeze dried liver pieces in both bags I've bought so far, which can be crumbled over their food if the pieces are too big. This is my cats' favorite kibble! I find that they're not as hungry, so it's more nutrient dense. Will be repurchasing on a regular basis. Happy cats! 😺

My cats like it but the freeze dried liver is too much for them
I got this food as a healthy dry option for my girls, but after a month of eating it, my youngest cat started gulping her food to the point of throwing up every time she ate. Maybe it means she really loved this food, but she never threw up before and then started to throw up every time she ate, especially when she gulped the pieces of liver. My other cat has never thrown up with this food, but she refuses to eat the liver pieces, so I think it might be too much for them both. I switched to a slow feeder bowl and now my younger cat can eat without making herself sick, but she still can't eat the liver. So, I'll probably switch to a more digestible food that doesn't have large pieces of freeze dried liver. I'm sure it's really healthy and both cats like the food overall, but it might just not be a match for them.

Cats like, but does not ship well
Cats like flavor and try to nudge each other out of the way to get the freeze dried liver pieces, but the kibble crumbles easily so the package ends up with lots of “dust” after shipping. Cats will still eat it, but it’s messy.

Just regular core wellness with a few dehydrated turkey bites.
I liked the idea of switching to a raw food diet for my cat, because I do trust the core wellness brand. However, this food is extremely disappointing. It is basically the regular core wellness grain free food, with a few scattered dehydrated pieces of (raw?) chicken mixed in the bag. This bag is also more expensive for less product because this dehydrated meat is mixed in.Since I feed dehydrated chicken to my cat as treats, when I gave him this cat food, he rummaged through the bowl of food just to get the dehydrated chicken “treats” and made a huge mess, and also in pursuit of these “treats” he ate way too much in the first few days I was feeding this to him! This definitely defeats the purpose of having an indoor cat food to maintain his weight. He treated this food like a box of Lucky charms! Just looking for the candy and eating way too much of his regular food in pursuit of these special bites.Definitely not recommended, stick with the standard core wellness, grain free food, and just feed your cat dehydrated chicken as treats once in a while.
