Great fan, Great idea, FAILED EXECUTION.
I can't fault the fan, it did its job admirably. REALLY SILLY POWERFUL.The idea was to put this at the mouth of the drain hole on my freezer I'm using as a refrigerator in the interim when I can afford to replace the 15 year old MONOGRAM that came with this house, already put like 5k in repairs to it, so not really wanting to put more. THE issue was, moisture build up. THE idea was, pull the moisture out of the freezer using the fan. NOW maybe the problem was it was blowing too much air out causing my little temperature probe thing to trigger the freezer to stay on, thus building up condensation inside. SINCE it was way more damp with this little hack than without it. I thought I calculated correctly, 7ft^3 freezer, a fan that can move like 12.3ft^3/ minute might be too powerful. NOT GIVING UP ON IT, since I think the logic is there and I don't know how long those desiccants can last. Also they smell bad. I'll just buy the noctua fan controller for it.Conclusion:Failure for me, but can tell this fan if used properly and in the right size area, would be great for people. I was impressed by its power in such a small size.

Awesome Fan!!!
Bought this to complete my fog chiller. Had another, cheaper fan, but returned it for this one as this one is water proof and will work better in my chiller. Bought the power adapter from CoolerGuys as well and together these worked flawlessly. Just what I needed for a DIY fog chiller. All together my chiller cost me roughly $30 vs over $100 to buy one online and it was a fun project.THANKS COOLERGUYS!!!!Update:Bought a second one of these for my PS5 along with the coolerguys thermostat, both work great together at keeping the temps down on the PS5 that I keep in an entertainment center. Great fans with amazing output. They are a little loud but that’s to be expected with the amount of airflow these things push out.

Other customer's videos were not this loud..
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: Spoke directly to the team at Coolerguys and they confirmed something must have happened in shipping. They are sending me a replacement and making it right! Awesome company. Fan moves more airflow than you can imagine. Get the temperature controller as well easy intuitive programing.Original: I'm not sure if mine is defective or not. I've written the company to have them take a closer look. Other videos I saw the sounds coming from their fans was just air flow. Mine has a constant hum/vibration sound coming from the motor. Makes it when it's mounted and when it's not mounted so it's absolutely the fan itself.. Might have to return it while still within the window.

Great product
Running strong and it’s been almost a year. I have this Jerry rigged on an old Harley oil cooler and it gets rain, heat and all the elements. Still running good

Awesome fan for it's size
Cooler guys are the best to work with! I purchased from them a few years ago when I picked up a twin pack of water proof fans for the motorcycle oil cooler. This one was for a camper vent, simple and easy to setup and use. Very quiet, I had to look several times to see if it was even running. Make sure to get damping bushings for your screws if you want the most quietness out of them. I will continue to buy from these guys!

moves a lot of air
Just installed these into my RV camper outside refrigerator area. they are much quiter than I thought they would be. They also move way more air than I thought they would. We had to change our settings because the refrigerator was freezing everything the first full day of operation. On 95 degree days the refrigerator had no problem maintaining 35 degrees. Nice ice-cold drinks, great way to camp.

Do NOT Buy! - Will shatter upon use due to TOO stiff blades
So this is my second $20 fan I bought. The first one I had I was testing in my hand to really see if the output was adequate and while it was spinning, My finger ever so slightly grazed the blades. It exploded! Only one blade didn't snap off and to be honest, in all the computers I have built and all the fans I had played with in the past, I have never had one so fragile. So why did it explode instead of just slowing down? Well the blades are incredible stiff, probably to reduce the vibration do to the high rpm's in order to get the high cfm's. But the problem is any and I do mean ANY disruption and it explodes. So I bought a second fan. I wanted to use this in conjunction with my chicken's hen house to serve a a ventilator running straight off a 20W solar panel during the day to move air around when the hens come back in to lay eggs. I learned my lesson and got a protective screen/filter on one side and a wire grill on the other as you can see in the pics. So while outside trying to determine a mounting location, I hooked it up to the solar panel and spun it up. Perfect now my fingers are safe. Well while only making slight movements trying to optimize the directed air, the 2nd one exploded after the blades contacted internally. I don't know if the blades hit the frame or if they hit one of the protective screens I installed but at this point it is irrelevant. The fan is is basically unusable (even if it wasn't broke). So in a perfect world, you can install this and hope it doesn't see vibration or movement and then yes it moves tons of air. But this type of cooling fan and the high noise level leads it to be a project fan and not a computer fan...Which is where it fails. Remember, I spent $20, broke it, then spent another $35 (for the 2nd fan and fan grills/filter) with high hopes to put it to use. Now $55 later I can't even return it due to the unusually short return window. You have been warned. Just find something of better quality.
