Perception Pescador Sit On Top Tandem Kayak

Took it out on the lake, very stable and ready to maneuver. It's a little heavy for 1 person to carry. I have taken the kayak out on the lake again, this time my kids were the ones using it. They had a great time. Even when boaters went by creating some fairly substantial wakes, they had no problem.

I love this kayak! Great sturdy seat backs, glides through the water very well.Delivery was scheduled freight. Came on time and in good shape.The only thing I wish had been different is that the two round storage ports open right into the boat. You need to purchase a "cat hatch bag" that sets inside. Once I got those, everything is great!

Nice kayak, but come with nothing. We have to purchase paddles and plugs. Anyway kids had a blast with it.

Kayak itself was a great price and item. Shipping company used was average at best. Yak arrived with a few bumps and smudges.

Have only used this once but I really like it. This is a substantial boat! It is not light but that’s a good thing as rotomolded construction makes in virtually indestructible and it will last for years. Seats surprising comfortable for minimalist design. I’m 6’1” n have plenty of room - feet don’t reach last stirrup. Bought plugs for self draining holes and a dolly to get from truck to water. Haven’t found drain plug yet but a plastic wine cork plug did the trick. Very maneuverable, tracks well w two paddlers but solo paddling requires you sit in front seat. Arrived on scheduled day but 2hrs late - plan on the whole day and you won’t be disappointed. Amazon just started using third party shippers n their still getting their sea legs. Overall a great deal - get one while they last unless the weight is an issue for you.

Just received the kayak. It looks nice but It lacks the gear tracks for accessories as stated in the Amazon listing. Now I will need to figure out how to add a fishing rod holder. Called the Perception Kayaks customer service number. Was told that they don’t make this model any longer. Oh well....

We love this kayak. Have taken it out on lakes and a river. Really moves well in the water.

It is perfect! Got it for my husband for his birthday.. we use on the Yellowstone river.. it was very stable and easy to maneuver.. we love it great length!!
