Regular, gentle bowel movement solution
This product works as intended. I take 6-10 tablets with a glass of water every night, and by the next more i'm having a regular bowel movement. I like the fact that it gives you a gentle, soft relief and doesn't work like a laxative which gives you a harsh bowel relief.

Affordable and Works Just Like the Expensive Brands
I’ve struggled with constipation for years, especially during pregnancy, so I’ve relied on senna-based laxatives for a long time. I had been using Senokot for over 10 years and even recommended it to many friends and family—it works really well. However, it’s quite expensive—around $10–$15 for just 50 tablets. I was so happy to discover this product! It comes with 600 tablets, which lasts me around two years, even after sharing some with family and friends. The effects are just as good as Senokot. I usually take three tablets and have a bowel movement in about 8–10 hours. For my 10-year-old son, two tablets also work in about 8 hours, usually with one or two bowel movements. It doesn’t cause diarrhea; instead, it gently softens the stool, making the experience very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with constipation!

To go or not to go - Go!
Post surgery I was SEVERELY constipated. Nothing worked until I grabbed these. I took 3 at night with a lot of water. Cup of coffee in the AM and I was going. Odd making this review, but this stuff really works and good. Easy on the belly

Not for me
I struggle with constant constipation and have all of my life. I tried these because of the good reviews. I was taking two every night and I had good results for maybe the first few days. After that, they seem to have no effect on me. This is not something I would buy again. Instead, the mag 07 is what really works for me and you can buy that on Amazon as well.
