IN A CLASS BY ITSELF. This product is the only product on the market, prescription or OTC, that actually takes away my rashes. When I was using prescription anti-fungal creams, the rashes were so problematic that I ended up with deep pit-like scars on the skin on my calves because the fungus was so aggressive, it had permanently eaten away layers of my flesh. If only my doctors had told me about this cream - I would have had the problem under control in a few days with no scarring and no expensive prescriptions. Instead, I suffered with out-of-control rashes for over a year. Some pointers: This cream is thick and doesn't soak into the skin, which is an excellent thing when you have this condition; however, it can be messy. I highly recommend buying the Derman Anti-Fungal Powder - after you rub the Derman cream onto the affected area, apply the powder to make a dry paste. The paste will remain on the area until you wash it off and you won't have cream on your garments. A comment on the product odor: The active ingredient, Undecylenic Acid, messes with the fungus's ectoskeleton, killing the fungus much faster than Nystatin and other prescription creams. However, Undecylenic Acid has a parmesan cheese odor. In the early stages of my candida problem, I was actually taking Undecylenic tablets. I remember when I first opened the bottle, the pills smelled like parmesan cheese, and whenever I would take a tablet, I would burp up the taste of parmesan cheese. Some reviewers say that the odor is too much, but when you have an aggressive, angry, painful, flesh-eating fungus, the odor is a minor consideration - especially if the fungus can potentially leave permanent scarring as mine did. This cream has taken away the rashes completely, and the rash outbreaks caused by intestinal candida are now few and far between. If only I had used this product when I first got the problem. Derman Anti-fungal Cream takes away any new rash outbreaks within days. The pain usually diminishes or disappears in hours, as well. [Note: There are two types of fungal problems: External, from gym showers, gym equipment, sweaty feet of athletes, etc, and Internal, from a overgrowth of intestinal candida. This product does the job but does not kill fungus 100%, i caught athletes foot at the gym, used this for two weeks and it went away... i stopped using it, then a week later it came back.

Have tried to get rid of my ringworm for a year. Tried apple cider vinegar with pennies, bleach, acetone, clear nail polish, salt scrub, UVA/UVB light, prescription Nystatin cream, all over the counter antifungals, tea tree oil, oregano oil, nothing worked and cause a lot or irritation and pain (don't try bleach). I bought some Thorne SF722 for intestional candida and opened a capsule to try on the ringworm. To my surprise it made it flake and turn white and it itched a lot less, HOWEVER it didn't get rid of it. But I knew I was onto something. I found a pubmed article that said that the combination of Zinc Undecylenate and Undecylenic acid work in synergy to get rid of fungus. The Thorne SF722 only has Undecylenic acid as the ingredient. I found that Derman cream has both and purchased it with hopes that it would work and since its relatively inexpensive it was worth a try. It worked. It cleared it up completely in about a week. I haven't tried to stop using it to see if it is completely cured and since its not expensive and I don't miss scratching my groin all night long I am more than happy to apply this once a day and forget about it. I do have a defective immune system (which is important to keep this stuff in check) so I may have to apple this indefinitely but I am okay with that. My family never caught my ringworm and I had it for two whole years (didn't know what it was for one whole year). But they have fully functional immune systems. If you have trouble getting rid of this look for your immune system.

BEST FOOT PRODUCT! I used to buy this product for my husband's athlete's foot....and one day I noticed that my feet were cracked and the heels of my feet were extremely dry. I decided to try the cream. I applied it at night time and wore cotton sock for a week and my feet looked like I never had any issues! It looked as if I had a pedicure! I use this product all the time and it helps my feet from developing extra skin buildup and that ugly cracked heel that women sometimes have. It's not a good look especially if you wear shoes that show your heel. I recommend this product even if you don't have athlete's foot.

I've previously bought this brand and wanted the same active ingredients, undecylenic acid and zinc undecylenate. When I saw a larger tube, I jumped at the opportunity for a better price per ounce and slightly less wasteful packaging. Unfortunately, the written description and old Q&A are no longer accurate, the product I received has Tolnaftate instead. If I wanted Tolnaftate, I would have searched for it and purchased something with it in the description.

This works really good for athlete feet. I didn't have to Take the harmful pills that would've affected my liver. So I took a chance with the Derman Antifungal Cream and I've seen the best improvement with my feet better than using the foot sprays over the counter and creams. So I would recommend this to anyone. At one time my feet was really really bad it was like some stuffed cotton between my toes, and all the cracking and itching it was horrible. Since I've been using the cream my feet are looking a lot better. I'm not ashamed to wear sandals anymore.

item was described as Zinc Undecylenate - 18%, Undecylenic Acid - 5% . in reality item received was tolnaftate. very misleading description.

My fiance had athlete's foot and I bought this for him. He seems to like it and states it works well after a shower and putting socks on after applying the cream.
