Thom Browne TB 804 Tortoise / Gold Sunglasses

I am a huge fan of Thom Browne but his sunglasses are complete crap, especially for the price. I recently received a pair as a gift ($800 retail) and immediately noticed how cheap the workmanship appeared to be. I thought I might be overreacting but when I took them to an optometry shop for prescription lenses, they were in complete agreement. They laughed at the price. The knowledgeable store owner pointed out the cheapness of the materials, the cheap hinges, even the poor quality of the lenses. What a disgrace to the brand name! Thom, please look at the quality of the things you put your name on!

I purchased these sunglasses from a retailer, and was very happy with how light they were. They are the one of the most comfortable pairs of sunglasses I have ever owned.Light on the face and very good looking. I get a lot of compliments on these.What's even cooler is that I can trace the design lineage to a pair of 1915 King's Motorcycle goggles I own.I will be loving these for a very long time!!!
